Whitten Funeral Home Timberlake Chapel did an absolutely amazing job with all of the arrangements for my wife’s funeral! The care and professionalism, the kindness and love they shared to us throughout the entire process was so greatly appreciated! This time of life is very difficult and the attention and detail and commitment they shared through every step of the process was a blessing! They handled everything with the planning, the casket, the vault, the visitation, the flowers, the funeral, graveside, the paperwork and certificates… they made everything so much easier than I thought it would be. They truly care and do a superb job!

During such a heartbreaking time, Brian W. and the rest of Whitten’s made sure everything was taken care of beautifully for our precious child. They were exceptionally caring and understanding, professional and courteous. We could not have asked for better service at such a dark time. I highly recommend Whitten Timberlake Chapel. They handled the arrangements for my son and then for my husband who died one week later. It was extremely difficult for me but Brian and the others at Whitten were caring, respectful, kind, and attune to every detail that needed to be addressed. Both services were handled beautifully and honored my son and then my husband as well as their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were respectful of our decisions and understandable of our grieving. They were able to relate shared experiences with us to bring us comfort and give us a sense of connection. We were grateful for that. I would definitely use them again with the care of my loved one.

My family recently used the services of Whitten Funeral Home Timberlake when my 95 year old father passed away.  We couldn’t have been more pleased. Paul and Brian spent all the time we needed with them. The service was exactly as we wanted.  Paul recorded it for us, scanned countless photos and gave us excellent advice regarding “next steps”.  Brian wrote a phenomenal obituary - he has a gift for writing.  With my mother approaching 97, is in inevitable that we will need these services again soon.  We will return to Whitten without hesitation. Thank you Paul, Brian and the entire staff for making a difficult time significantly easier.

Losing a loved one is stressful, sometimes it can be sudden and there are a lot of decisions that need to be made in a relatively short amount of time.  It is also a very emotional time for the family  and making decisions under all of those conditions can be difficult.  The staff at Whitten Timberlake Chapel took all of that stress and indecision off of our family’s shoulders.  And they did it in a way that made the process very easy to navigate.  They also understand how all of the affected processes work, like insurance policies.  Paul Whitten was able to find out specific info about an insurance policy that we didn’t know existed.  We were treated in a most respectful manner and at the end of the day we felt great about the decisions we made for my mother, all due to the comfort and care we were shown by Paul and his staff.

Tonight we had a memorial service for my father, I have never had to help plan a service. Paul and Francine were absolutely wonderful. They were so patient and supportive. I thought I would be going into a sales room with people wanted selling me everything. Paul is as very honest and took all the time we needed. Paul checked on the family and made sure we knew where we were in the process. So thankful for them in this community.

In a difficult moment, Paul and his team were supportive, fair, efficient, flexible, and caring.  They were highly professional, and are clearly experts on the entire funeral and memorial process.  They remembered what I did not; they asked all the right questions, they delivered on what was offered then went beyond to exceed expectations. Working with them allowed me and my family to focus on the moment and not the plan.  Thank you so much to you all and I highly recommend Whitten!

I just used Whitten's T/lake for the 2nd time in my adult life and again they were the best! The 1st time around there was no insurance & they helped me through all that & this time w/insurance they walked me through every step with absolutely NO pressure, at all! Russ was there to answer every question, every e-mail, I had all the way from the beginning thru the service & even after!

The entire staff at Whitten is top notch, the open communication from the start of this process to the end was outstanding. Paul did an outstanding job of sharing all the information in real time as it happened. I would highly recommend Whitten Funeral Home to anyone that needs the services the offer. Very professional and attentive to the needs of our family during our time of need. This is the best customer service I have ever received from any business period.
