Worst Service. Dr. GUZMAN is not punctual and the staff is far from professional, in my opinion definitely not a clinic you want to trust with the care of your babies. The staff will be more preoccupied with discussions of their personal lives, to the point that they do inappropriate blood draws, Dr. Does not read your chart and you will constantly need to remind him of why you are there and what your specific case is like, the staff is constantly distracted and will present you with the wrong patients file, and talk about their case with you thinking it is you, or provide you the wrong patient card, then simply say *ooops*. They are not aware of how to properly run insurance and will make you believe you are in network only to later receive bills for thousands of dollars, when they presented you with misleading information. Use extreme caution if you choose to do business with them.
Worst expirience of my life. Unprofessional, poor medical knowledge. I wish i could give 0 stars. They told my girl she had a miscarriage at 10 weeks wich wasnt true. They told her our baby had down syndrome wich wasnt true. They tested the blood at the wrong weeks. And her diabetes test that was suppose to be done between 24-28 weeks was done at week 39. Not 1 time in 7 months was this clinic not an hour and a half to two hours behind schedules. We where seen at 11:00 for 9:00 appts and 12:30 for 11:00 appts thru out the entire pregnancy. Awful clinic, needs to be shut down.
Horrible . Do not recommend even if you have an appointment be ready to sit and wait for up to 3 hours after your appointment time . I’ve had one staff member there be very rude to me as well telling me things me how Oh I’ll have diabetes’s after my pregnancy which wasn’t true and how I have no choice and to do tests I wasn’t comfortable with I felt as if I had no choice over my body and now I know I have the right to say no .my experience was horrible there the only good thing there is the doctor . Also they never took my requests and concerns seriously I had a stillborn previously and any where else I feel as if they would take all my concerns more serious but here I felt as I was bothering them .
I’m pregnant with my second baby and ugh how I wish I still stayed in la puente so I can come here I went to this clinic with my first and the staffs and doctors were always so friendly and helpful
People here are so unprofessional do not recommend go somewhere else!
