It's a nice, spacious store. The products are easy to find. There are a fair amount of vegan and gluten-free products. Also, it has a great selection of fresh foods. I went specifically for a brand of food that excludes onion and garlic.
Neatly maintained store. Lotsa organic options. Love their bakery items. The crossaint was so soft and so buttery! Good customer service and quick self checkout options available.
Buffalo store is the best I’ve ever visited. Organized, clean! The butchers are extremely good. It is possible to find the Picanha steak there.
My first visit to Whole Foods was yesterday, and I am thoroughly impressed. I was in the store for only several minutes when an employee approach me, with a very friendly attitude and asked if I needed help. This continued throughout my entire visit. I was also blown away by the product options. Yes, it is a little bit more expensive than some o there supermarkets, however, when you combine options and quality customer service, that’s a win! I will give Whole Foods an A+++. So happy to have you here in Amherst!
When I got to the cashier to help someone else. I personally felt like I received bad customer service. I came in a week later. I ordered 2 fish meals to go and received the same treatment out of the same cashier. So although I enjoyed our fish dinners. I don't want to be treated like this anymore. I'd rather go to another store to get a fish meal after my husband and I get off work, than to get bad customer service. However, I will buy food not where you get the meals from anymore.
As usual love While foods stores, but this one was special, got from here mangos, blueberries and cherries all were so delicious and fresh. Amazing store cone and get your fresh grocery list. Little bit pricey buy the stuff worth it I believe and if you amazin prime member you can get you 5% discount right away. So food lover Don't pass this store. Loved it
Our first time shopping here, we spent double of what we typically do, and came home with moldy cauliflower gnocchi that required us to waste multiple produce items and almost made my husband sick. We will continue to hit several grocery stores each week for our organic needs and will not be back.
Been there many times on our visits to the states from Canada. Usually an upbeat experience but today was not. No customer service at all. Employees walking right by and in front in some cases and no acknowledgement. Only Jayne our cashier looked happy to be there and very good customer service. Hopefully this will be a one off Returns to Amazon was a nice easy experience
Nice grocery store, well organized and the staff is friendly. Fresh produce and good variety of regular household staples. Washrooms are clean, baby changer inside. There’s a bar within the store and a large sitting area to enjoy food items prepared in the store. I like that it has Amazon lockers so I can pick up my packages and do my grocery shopping.
Was super pleased by the opening of this establishment. They have an incredible variety of good fresh produce and many of it is locally sourced too. The butcher station and the bakery were also incredible. Prices are actually on par with other local retailers and I noticed some produce was a tad cheaper! I was able to get a greater variety of Ingredients for my chili here than I could elsewhere, so I was super pleased about this. They have a prepared foods section, salad bar, coffee shop and few other gems as well. An absolute must go.
