The baby is as happy as I am with our purchases today The girl at the bread counter was so tentative and professional! For management it was around 1:40 on 10/16/22 It didn’t stop there! Every employee I came in contact with was so pleasant! I wasn’t expecting to get sucked in… I was only there for an Amazon return!? ‍ Very clean, great staff and great selection of groceries. The smells…. Delicious! My only complaint oh here it is.. is, wishing there was a closer Whole Food’s”. That not so bad is it?! Lol Thanks guys! -South Arlington #loveyou
Another great Whole Foods location to shop. Store is amazing, clean, well stocked and organized! The experience I had today with one employee, she surprised me with her service. I was trying to reach for a bottle of Coconut Aminos Sauce and she ran to me with a heavy ladder, climbed the ladder much faster than I slip over my husband's shoe in the morning! She kept on asking me what else I need her to get me. Huge respect to managers who hire such great employees and a big appreciation to this employee! My husband and I recommend this store to everyone!
Pumpkin pie was put in the bag sideways. I didn't notice when it happened. Gravity turned it into a squished, broken-crusted pie. When I called to give a heads up, I was told that is the only way they fit into bags. Okay, so you *know* that this is happening but you aren't giving people bags folded over sideways? Or not bagging the pies at all? I was invited to return or exchange my $13.99 pie. What a colossal waste of food.
I had the best customer service here. It was unexpected what John in customer service did for me to make me happy. I started shopping here for better health. They have the best probiotics and natural healing remedies. There Bakery Department is always filled with healthy gluten free desserts unlike normal grocery stores. If you like fruits in your cake, I recommend the Chantilly cake. It makes a difference eating it on a special day. I haven’t found it anywhere except Whole Foods . I’m glad this store is here to serve the surrounding communities near Arlington. It is a unique experience shopping here.
Salad bar was very tasty and good. I loved the gourmet food. Grilled corn green beans cauliflower seaweed wrapped with rice inside. I really enjoyed it and I ate everything. The only thing is the pricing is weighed. I wish it was one set price because it was 14 dollars which was a bit high. Would love to eat lunch here everyday if there was a set price for my salad.
My wife and I are so appreciative of the class leading customer service that was provided by the bakery department. We were in need of a cake last minute and thought about Whole Foods! Jasmine took our order and was EXTREMELY helpful as we are not familiar with this process. We didn’t expect anything less honestly as whole foods is the best!
Whole foods is a good secondary store to sprouts. Their big brand control the people by avoiding very specific products that work very well holistically attitude needs to change. Bezos you have all the money you need, get the health products we need on your shelves and make it affordable. A single bag of groceries between 8 and 20lbs should never be $100. No material and labor makes blended whole juice worth $7. It's at max $1 of veggies and $0.50 labor. Bulk up and charge $3 you'll sell a lot more.
This store is specialized in healthy food, I can say that you do not need to check if it is bio or not, because it s the default in here. The products are overpriced when compared to Walmart or target, but the quality explain it. They have a very kind and classy staff. You can pay by cash or credit, also you might get a discount if you are Amazon Prime member. Generally speaking, nice place to get some healthy food.
I LOVE this location. The open food section is always so well stocked, cleaned and maintained.
The facility is clean and the staff is helpful. We love getting vegan cheese here, seems to be the one of the bigger selections of vegan creme alternative products I personally love the 365 brand, it is mostly what I like to purchase.
