THEIR FLORAL DEPARTMENT!! The crew at the floral department truly came through! I was just aimlessly looking through the flowers when Jacky and Peggy asked if I needed help and were so nice and kind. They ended up helping pick a couple sets of different flowers and then they designed a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers! Jacky and Peggy! Thank you both so much!
Great selection of organic and natural foods. Also, the staff is helpful a d friendly. A little bit more pricey than other bigger named stores, so since I'm on a student budget I can only shop there one x per month. It's worth it for some of the specialty items they sell though!
Great salad bar with hot and cold entres. Prices are reasonable. We like to get salads, then go to the Flats and eat just before the sun sets. Million dollar lifestyle on a thousandaire butcher!
I have been a whole foods proponent since they were only in Austin. I haven't visited in 3 years, I have been out of the country. How sad it is now. Quality control is out. You must inspect everything you buy, there seems to be no pride in the employees for the store. They are not helpful and usually seem bothered by any question. Bezos sure ruined this store quickly. Corporate Profits Uber Alles - the new motto.
Great upscale grocery store focusing on health foods and eco/mindful products featuring freshly made food buffet/pizza/bakery/coffee shop. Now owned by Amazon, the prices are very reasonable, the store is extremely attractive, customer centered, and offers bulk bins. From the gorgeous produce department featuring organic produce and beautiful flowers to the fresh seafood to the meat counter to the extensive wine department, everything is displayed beautifully. Their sales are good and prime members get an additional 10% off on sale items. The food court includes many vegan options. This store is just plain fun to shop. The staff is very friendly and seem to take pride in their work. The store is very clean and bright. My favorite department is the produce department. There is a huge variety of lovely, juicy produce at very good prices. Organic and not GMO products are available and clearly marked. Fresh flowers Grace this department as well as house plants. In the spring and summer they offer garden plants and herbs. There are child sized carts for the little ones and a selection of fresh fruit that children are encouraged to enjoy a piece as they shop. There are often sample tables for various products. If this review was helpful, please click LIKE. Thank you.
This whole foods is a little on the small side but still has a great selection of everything. And of course their bakery department is awesome they also carry my favorite Sumano's Bakery Watsonville sourdough
The meat counter is the best. A+ They have everything and the best quality. The guys here are super nice and will help cut whatever you want and give me advice on grilling and recommend seasoning/bbq sauce. I came here on Christmas Eve. It was packed but they were super nice and cut me the best ribeye I have ever seen.
As always Whole Foods is a great place to go to shop if you don't want to think about anything but really good stuff. Best wine best cheese best meat best bread no no no no not the best typical bread but other lots of items luxury items and a great crowd of people very chic. I was Joy myself when I go there but times have changed it seems a little bit more functionally perfect but the cheese department is not as good as several other markets in town, and the meat you could feed an army on this meat counter oh my God there is no possibility that anybody will starve in the world, I was looking for frozen yogurt popsicles nothing I go here for Lululemon Lula's chocolate, and never eat prepared food, and the parking lot is always a trip. Still on my top agenda stop before heading back into the country.
Produce is iffy a lot of times. New Leaf, down the street towards the beach, usually has fresher greens and apple varieties. CHECK your receipt on those sale prices, a few times I've had to go back to the customer serive desk to get price adjustments as the registers miss some markdowns.
What is there to say except, I love whole foods. Especially their prepared food selection. So easy to grab a delicious meal when you don't feel like cooking.
