Attended child's birthday party. First, noticed there was a lot of space and ability to do for kids. Carla did what she Hi to make party flow. Our Host Jasmine must bep a quiet person because what we thought would be an excitement builder was not. She did ask about party pizza hi explained a pitcher of drinks were not included in package. Carla let us know the pitcher was refillable. Carla checked on us throughout the party. We hope the staff works together to make this location to make it fun. Hopefully, this comes back as place to entertain at a good price. Thank you.
Visited urban air Tuesday, the 6th, the manager Rachel was very helpful, professional, and attended to all our needs. I have never seen anyone be able to run two positions, make sure the store was safe and clean, and checking on all guest to make sure they were having fun, and we will be signing up for a membership. She made our experience spectacular.
My 3 year old like it there. Would like to see maybe some sort of "toddler time" at a discounted rate. Also we checked opening times online and it said open until 7 yet the trampoline area got closed at 5:30. Would not have paid $30 for less than an hour of trampoline time.
My wife, two young sons and myself just left this place. It was a good time. We got two hours for all four of us for 24 dollars. It was definitely worth the price. My kids were worn out after we left and when we got home they immediately went to bed. While we were there we also got a large pepperoni pizza, two cokes and a water for 16 dollars. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. There was one guy at the food counter who was pretty unprofessional, but outside of that the staff was great. I highly recommend this place.
Great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Prices not bad to get in... The required socks are pricey so hang on to the ones you buy to reuse. The menu could use of improvement but overall great place to hang out.
First let me say this is a fun place for kids of all ages. Lots to do and tins of fun to be had. Be aware, be careful as bouncing on a trampoline can come with danger, it's important to watch and not exceed your limits. Finally, it would be great if those running this Urban Air ensured that a clean up is done either after it closes or before it opens. We arrive at the opening and we always find empty drink cups, lids, half empty bottles of drink, wrappers for food in the maze area. Kind of unacceptable considering the age of children playing in this area and the price to do so.
Had a birthday party there for my 12 yr old son & ten of his friends,$300 later thanks for setting up a table with bottled water for each person, didn't include a cake, drinks and charged 16$ per pizza separately!! Really?? Table didn't include much decor either. Luckily his friends and family put the smile on his face since y'all couldn't other than the small amount of trampolines in the place. Guess that's what happens when you're in a small town whereas in Fort Worth the place is 4 times as big and they included everything I mentioned in the price tag at that time...
The tubes are closed indefinitely but no notice of this is given prior to paying. If you're taking smaller kids this is the main attraction so that is quite frustrating. The dodgeball areas have a total of 8 balls between the 2 courts. Today there were way more people on them than 4 balls each could entertain. The wording of the note on the tubes just kind of soured the entire day. Kids wear stuff out. If that's your business that should be expected. Repair your stuff and move on or adjust your prices accordingly.
My kids enjoyed themselves here for the most part, and it's better than them sitting in front of a video game. There is a weight limit of 250 lbs per person for the trampolines and 230 lbs per person for anything requiring a harness. The employees are mostly teenagers, and they are not very alert, so you should be monitoring your own kids safety. There are no outside food or drinks, and if you leave the building, you have to pay for a new arm band. The food and drink here is OK, though they charge premium prices for it. Everything they cook, is cooked in their single pizza oven, so it can be quite a wait at times for food. My son waited over 25 minutes for loaded waffle fries because the number of orders before him. They were basically waffle fries with mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon on them. We left when a few kids started following my youngest son around filming him and making fun of him. We didn't know who they were, or why they were being that way towards him, but we were just advised to stay away from them. Like I said, the teenagers working this place are just kinda there. I'm unlikely to return because of this. It's a pity. The place could be fun if people weren't so awful towards each other.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is barely worth it for a kid under 4. My 6 year old hated it. The activities are very limited. There is no seating. The staff is useless. My older kids wanted to leave after 10 minutes. We will never go back.
