Just had Raymond cut my sons hair. He is 2 years old and hatessss hair cuts. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting his hair cut and it looks better than all others in the past! No complaints at all! Thank you Raymond!Services: Kids' cuts
They do great work but their service isn’t it. Certainly shouldn’t promote walk ins, have someone fill out paperwork, tell them someone is almost done and your next, if a walk in can’t get a cut as soon as someone walks in that has an appointment or knows them. Out of 8 times I visited I got 1 cut. Beyond over this spot.
They have great customer service but their too slow, their always stopping cutting hair to talk between each other, I’ve waited for 2 hours already by only having 1 person ahead of me.
Went and waited for an hour and a haircut when over the phone I was told I was next up. Eventually after waiting for an hour and a half a barber comes to take me, but someone else walked in with an appointment booked through the wrong website meaning his appointment wasn’t even booked. But since he had an appointment the barber took him instead. Would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to sit for a few hours and leave without a haircut.
We were in town on vacation and found this place by simply typing urban. The shop was amazing. Very nice, cool art, and vibe. Friendly staff and quick. We was very impressed and wished your service was available back home in Nashville. Thanks Shah for cutting my boyfriend hair while we were on vacation.

This place needs to fix their customer waiting situation. They said they do not take appointments on Saturday's when I called. Then I arrived and signed in and there was 7 people waiting before me. I waited patiently for over 30 minutes. Then another customer walked in, signed the sign in sheet and sat down for 2 minutes before a barber walked in and called him up immediately. Super ignorant to not call customers up to get a haircut in the order they arrived. Left me waiting forever while someone else gets to just walk in and cut right in-front of you.Services: Beard maintenance
You guys gotta go to Wicked Cutz and check out my girl Jai The Barber she’s a beast with the clippers I’m satisfy every time me and my son leave out her chair and the whole barbershop environment is awesomeServices: Haircut
Jai was the best!! Best attention to detail I've ever experienced. I'm from Kansas City and flew in to watch the Super Bowl with my Dad. Now I'm gonna have to fly down here once a month for a haircut too!!
