Very poor customer service- woman I spoke to on 2 different occasions was the extremely condescending and rude.  Told her that I ordered 2 Navy tshirts and waited for over a month for them to come and when I got them today and opened them they are Gray.  She then advised me that they are “Heather Navy” which I have never heard of and it certainly did not specify that on website.  There is nothing navy about this T-shirt.  Very disappointed.  She could have cared less and basically told me to return them if I don’t like them!  Real nice after waiting for over a month!

I have been using this company for about 14 years and couldn't be happier. They are responsive,  use their creative expertise and a great Capital Region company to support for your screen printing needs!

We ordered customized clothes for my son’s entire swim team.  They were supposed to embroider the word “Swimming” and instead they spelled it “SWIMINING” on the entire school swim team’s clothing and bags. I think “Wicked smart” mighhhhht be an overly optimistic choice for a name.  We received a corrected order today well AFTER the season has ended.  No offer of compensation was ever made to make amends for their incompetence or the inconvenience. My personal experience with this business has shown a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service.  Proceed at your own risk unless you are a supreme lover of irony and enjoy the spectacle of a company named “Wicked Smart” demonstrate the spelling ability of sleep deprived toddler.

The place I usually order t-shirts for our school's Odyssey of the MInd team from closed due to Covid.  I wanted to keep my money local and heard about Wicked Smart from a colleague.  Yes, I read the reviews  both good and not so good.  Having worked in retail I can seperate the truly disgruntled customer from the one who just didn't like the answer they got and wanted to complain. I'm recommending that any new customers take some of the not so good reviews with a grain of salt.  Wicked Smart was amazing.  My emails were returned in a timely maner.  They were able to meet my rushed deadline yes I procrastinated and realized I got lucky. The graphics department took my design and made it 1000 percent better.  My team of kids were getting compliments on the deisgn all day.  Yes I told everyoine where we got our shirts made  I couldn't have been happier working with Wicked Smart and I know I'll be turning to them for next years t-shirts.  Give them a try.  You won't be disappointed.

I've coached a travel softball team for two years now. I've used Wicked Smart for all apparel orders including two team apparel fundraisers. I thought I had a great rapport with them. I actually kept my second fundraiser profit check with Wicked Smart to just make ordering a little easier for next season.  Now that I'm gearing up for next season, I asked for a few mockups to present to my team for a decision. I was told they are busy and that their new policy is a $25 mock up fee because other customers ask for mock ups and don't order. Apparently two years of doing business together means nothing nor is holding my profit check for this order. Any company that charges all customers based on their lowest common denominator is not worth doing business with.

Couldn’t say enough about this place. I’ve used Wicked Smart several times to place orders for my business. The first time they assisted me on a tight deadline and have been consistent in delivering subsequent orders on time. The quality of the shirts have been better than other places I’ve priced out with a very similar cost per unit. While their original speed is what drove me to become a customer, the consistency and quality is what has made me remain here despite it being a farther drive for me than some of the companies that offer similar services closer to my business.

The product seems of a decent quality but never ready when promised. We have ordered items through my sons School a couple of times. Both times delivery promised in a reasonable time but actually delivered weeks late. One time at the very end of the season for the sport we purchased for. Was able to wear it for the very last Meet and only because we offered to pick it up at their offices to save shipping time.

Wicked smart apparel came to the rescue as my other provider for company shirts closed down. Wicked smart were very promt and attentive to my companies needs great selection, very reasonable prices!! Rider Home Improvement will definitely be doing future business with wicked smart apparel!!!!!!
