WoW..The team at Wicker Warehouse exceeded my expectations! They totally get what a great customer experience is all about...they were so responsive and provided communication about my purchase and delivery without me doing the heavy lift..not anything like the big box stores! Mario who delivered my purchase was very personable and friendly. Called me several times to make known where my item was. Was super pleased with quality of my purchase...was more than I wanted to spend but worth every penny!
They have great customer service and my chairs arrived fairly quickly. The chairs are very well constructed and beautiful for my cottage garden home. The Sunbrella cushions exceeded expectations and are super comfy!

They kept us informed of the delivery, checked to ensure the product arrived in good condition, packaging was exceptional and the quality was beyond what we expected. It was a wonderful experience doing business with Wicker Warehouse. The customer service rep that helped me with my order was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. They continually kept in touch so I would know what was going on with my order. They let me know when my order was ready to ship and what to expect. I was given a ship date, and on that day the driver called me and told me he was about 20 minutes from my house. The driver was terrific. He was courteous and friendly. The quality of the wicker furniture is absolutely beautiful and extremely durable. I have received numerous compliments on the furniture, and I would advise anyone not to hesitate to order from Wicker Warehouse. I wish every company had the professionalism and the accuracy that the workers at Wicker Warehouse have. A very pleasant experience!!. I live in Massachusetts, and I am so happy that I took a chance on this business.
Of all the stores I visited, online and brick n mortar, Wicker Warehouse had the best selection of the porch furniture that suited my needs. I had questions and it was good to talk to an actual person who addressed all my concerns. I was given an approximate delivery time and actually received my items one week ahead of that approximation. I highly recommend this family owned business.
All the staff were most helpful, friendly and provided the epitome of excellent customer service. My order arrived well packaged. Rocking chair is beautiful and it was easy to put the rockers on with screw driver. Update: 2 yrs since the purchase of my black wicker rocking chair and table placed on my front porch. Still beautiful! Protected from direct weather I’m confident that these wicker pieces will last me a lifetime!
I LOVE the furniture I got from Wicker Warehouse. Outdoor wicker It is very well made and sturdy. The cushions are thick and very comfortable. The employees are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The ordering and delivery process went very well. I would definitely shop here again!
My experience with Wicker Warehouse was excellent. Customer service was wonderful and I felt like my order was as important to them as it was to me. Working with Joyce was an experience that set this company apart. Mario, the gentleman who delivered my purchase was prompt and even helped me unpack and examine the wicker set I bought. Additionally, a table was not supposed to be delivered with the order due to it being temporarily out of stock. To my surprise, it was packaged with the pieces that were expected to arrive that morning. Surprises like that are always welcome! I highly recommend Wicker Warehouse and will gladly use them again. Quality product! After a lot of research, found that the cushions were the plumpest I ve seen and fit my wicker lounge the best! Hand made very meticulously! Delivery quick! I am also fond of wicker warehouse since most of my furniture is from them and found to be quality products. I would recommend them to anyone!
We now have 8 Wicker Warehouse bistro chairs for our outdoor dining table. We'd only bought 6 originally, but we found our old chairs pretty uncomfortable for extra guests. Everyone loves the ones we have from Wicker Warehouse. Now we have those 8, in addition to our WW rockers and larger chairs and small occasional tables that we had purchased a year before, and we love all of them.
