Every local I meet has a deep history of farming, beekeeping, gardening, hiking, etc. My hope is that Wild Market will be a resource for locals and a showcase of the abundance of Appalachian Grown and Made products that are available in this area. Organic, fair trade coffee is roasted in Cherokee along with the bottled water. Fresh breads are baked traditional long fermentation style and gluten free in Asheville.
