Suede and his crew are so kind and helpful. As a small business owner myself I think it is imperative to receive google reviews. Good or constructive. I have absolutely nothing less than amazing words to say about this place. They are extremely cost effective. They have everything you need for rent skis, pants, jackets, helmets and the boots! We were also able to purchase gloves for $16. One thing I absolutely loved was how honest and ethical suede was with us. We were a pretty large family and everything was adding up quick. He gave us the best deal in town and I checked! We went to four different ski rental shops. Love loved my experience!
So easy to work with. We brought our youth group and they were so accommodating and great to us. We had preordered but had last minute changes, they did not hesitate to shift things for us. The entire process was very organized and smooth. Highly recommend! Staff was top notch! The Rock Church
Absolutely loved our experience at this ski rental shop. Staff were very friendly and prices were best in town. Save yourself the trouble of shopping around for the best price and give this place a visit. You will not regret it.
"Suede" is very knowledgeable and accommodating! He took the time to explain the process of bringing my boards back to great condition. His rates were vary affordable, and took the repairs in right away and knocked them out the same day! Highly recommend him for all your ski/Snowboard needs!
We reserved everything online which made it super easy, barely an inconvenience. They had it all ready when we got there. They were very helpful. I shopped around a little bit and they are fairly priced. Definitely gonna use them again.
Their rental prices are cheaper than most other places I found on the web. Good stuff. They guys are also helpful. Only thing that didn’t work was my wife’s left ski which was not clicking in for some reason once we got to the ski valley.
Suede and the guys at this shop were amazing. Amazing prices, great customer service, works with you on how many days you will be skiing. All in all the only shop we will ever rent from again!
They were so knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. We fitted my 12 year old for snow boarding boots, then they found her some "prettier" ones at her request. Then they adjusted her bindings and helped us with a leash and stomp pad on a board we didn't even rent from them. If you can, ask for Suede. He's the best.
Lots of fun with the equipment rented. All great quality and prices are OK.
Great customer service, best prices and fast! We rented for two days but decided not to go skiing the second day. They gave us shirts and gloves to make it even. My husband had a snowboarder run into him so hard on the slopes that it actually snapped his metal pole in half. The insurance they offer covered it and everything was fine. We returned our supplies with no hassles and super fast! Thank you!
