The chicken sandwich was not fresh. The food came out at different times. The salad was great and the wings were good. Although the Carolina Reaper and Atomic wings were not as hot as you would expect. Also the waitress was complaining about her coworkers.Food: 3/5
The chicken wings were small, especially for costing nearly two dollars per wing. Two of us split a platter after being asked if we wanted carrots and celery we got a single carrot and 2 celery sticks. The bat seems like the only place to sit on a week night and get decent service. We felt extremely unattended and after waiting for the check for an unreasonable amount of time we took left cash for the bill and left. The wing sauce flavors were good.
Blue cheese dip for wing was NOT blue cheese it was Mayo with pepper fking disgusting. Not sure what flavor wings I recieved but ordered lemon pepper and Nashville hot. Definitely didn't get what I ordered. Will not be backFood: 1/5
Order the spinach cold dip came out Luke warm the chips were so greasy that you couldn’t even eat them, Once we got are food it was cold that it just nasty it tasted like old grease that they used that night. Sorry guys you was #1 place for us to eat over the weekend but we just have to move on. Don’t know what you did but needs to good back
Wild Wings y’all out do yourself on Tuesday’s for karaoke night with Luna, she is amazing and it’s always a great time with her !!! Our family comes out every Tuesday just for the fun and food AND because we get the best service from Regina and appreciate all the care and attention she gives us as we are a big crowd. Thanks Wild Wings
Today 10/08/23 decided the family wanted to have some wings so we decided to go to Wild Wing Cafe in North Charleston. We get to the door and the sign on the door says that they will be closing at 5:00pm due to upgrades to restaurant. Looked at the time and it’s 3:50pm. That should give us plenty of time to order some wings. After waiting a few minutes to be greeted the greeter comes to us and apologize and says “but the restaurant will be closing at 4:00 pm”. We tell him the sign on the door said 5:00pm and he says “the kitchen decided to close at 4:00pm”. Why would you have a sign say 5:00 but decided to close at 4:00 without any warning. We came from Moncks Corner so this didn’t sit well with us.
Came today and will 100% never be back. We got here at 4:10, and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. There was one server and 3 tables. After waiting 30 minutes we were finally sat. It became a nightmare after that. We already knew what we wanted since we had to wait so we ordered our food. We ordered two appetizers, 25 + 6 wings, chicken kids meal, steel town studs, and buff chips which we asked if were still made how they use to with blue cheese crump on top with a side of sauce and told yes After waiting 45 minutes we were told another server would be with us since our original servers shift had ended. We watched 7 people come in to work and no one spoke to us. Everyone stared at us. We finally asked who our new server was and where our food was. An hour in now. New server comes and gets us one drink when we asked for three separate drinks. We again ask where our food was. Finally an hour and 15 minutes in our food starts to come. Kids meal, cold. Steel town spuds, cold and cheese not even melted. Wings were so small you could take a bite and it’s gone. The kicker? Please look at what they tried to give us as our buff chips. Literal plastic MELTED to the chips. So appetizers and food all brought at once and everything was COLD. Why did we have to wait almost 1.5 hours for COLD FOOD??? We asked for a manager who did not care. Only offered to take the chips off. I told her we wanted new chips because we needed something to actually fill us up. WRONG IDEA. The same chips were 100% brought back out to us. What do we get out of this? 25% off this disgusting meal. My child didn’t even want the chicken because it was cold. So $75 down the drain. The servers don’t care. I really wish the one girl working when we had gotten there would have stayed because she was the only one who actually cared. We watched a server sit and enjoy her chick fil a, one enjoy her moes, all while we had to sit and wonder who our server even was and where our food was at. After 2 HOURS, we were finally able to leave. This place was my absolute favorite place for many years. We watched 5 separate parties come in during our time, wait for someone to seat them, no one came. So they left. I had to get my own utensils/napkins from the host stand because no one would bring us any. The server after asking for a manager did not want to speak to us and neither did the manager. So we were left AGAIN waiting. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares because this place does not.
Place is well kept, has nice tall ceilings that help relieve tension and the lighting and/or overall energy is predicated on what's going on. So it's predictable. If you want a fun, louder, more group like experience, go during popular sports times. Conversely, if you want a more one on one or family experience, come in off times see busy times for each location. In restaurant, the food is usually great. If you get it for carry out, it looses a little luster. Haven't tried the bigger event ordering stuff. But big wing platters are on the menu. Speaking of wings, great/eclectic flavors to choose from. Both regular wings, and boneless are available. Sides and other items are versions of typical "bar" food not a bad thing. I would say family friendly until after dinner. Then ,as most places, more adult oriented in the evenings. Outside dining available at this location. Prices are reasonable, for these days. But if you get quality, it seems like a fair trade to pay for it. I think... Peace n love.
Service is terrible. Got seated without menus or silverware, waited over 10 minutes for anyone to get drink orders, waited another 10 minutes for drinks to come and menus which looked and felt like they were pulled out of the trash. The place was empty minus three other tables. Ordered hot shots and buffalo shrimp and five minutes later found out they didn't have hot shots, waited almost an hour for our wings, I had to stack up our used plates and trash as not one thing was pre bussed, my kids wings were wrong, it was just horrible service. We got our shrimp apps with no plates, silverware, or napkins. Had to ask twice for that and recieved all of forks in one napkin with no extras. The wings were good, not hot but not cold and our tea was good. We use to love Wild Wings but we're VERY disappointed today.
Service has improved significantly! I know they were struggling for awhile with staffing and they seemed to suffer for a bit because of it. But I ate here with my family yesterday and it was great! Service was awesome and food came out warm and correct. Happy that wild wings is still open around here!Food: 5/5
