We created custom cooking systems that can be used on any heat source expect the microwave and glass stove top. All of our cookers have a catch base to catch the drippings and then you can cook out of the base. There are 5 interchangeable plates that go on the base : jalapeno plate, bell pepper plate, chicken leg plate, grilling plate and the rib rack. We also make beer can chicken cookers, woks, and all kinds of metal, horseshoe art.
