Come and find us! We are located in the middle of the Old Southwest historic district of downtown Roanoke. The Wildflour 1212 4th Street building is a renovated super market that was built in 1946 serving up artisan freshly made, soulful cuisine.
To prepare fresh and delicious food made from our own recipes and to serve you with friendly, courteous, and attentive service in a clean, comfortable environment.
We started our Wildflour restaurant concept in the Roanoke Valley in 1991. We wanted to offer Roanoke a restaurant that emphasized unique dishes made with whole foods and original recipes. And, most importantly, we wanted to be responsible for everything we made, from salad dressings and soups to breads and desserts.
In 1996 we opened our original “Wildflour Restaurant & Bakery” here on 4th St. in the heart of the Old Southwest Historic District. By 2004 we had sold our other locations, and since that time have operated our Wildflour business exclusively from this location.
In our 27th year of business I would like to thank all of our loyal and supportive customers who have helped us operate our family business and raise our children in this beautiful Roanoke Valley. It has been a wonderful adventure and we look forward to hosting and serving our wonderful cuisine for many more years.
Thank you,
Evie Robison
The Wildflour Restaurant and Bakery is owned and operated by Evie Edman Robison since 1991.
