"The Wildling Museum of Art and Nature is a nonprofit art museum showcasing the art of nature, wilderness, and wildlife. We have three floors of exhibitions, many featuring hands-on art-based activities for all ages. Adult admission is $5 and children 17 and under are free. We are free to all on every Third Wednesday. We also offer many art classes, lectures and film screenings throughout the year."

Our first visit to this amazing museum. Small but wonderful and exhibits on display the day of our visit were spectacular, far exceeding my expectations. Go visit!!
This is a great place for those who appreciate art and budding artists alike. The downstairs is a gallery dedicated to fine art. The second floor offers a small exibit of various media and includes a table where visitors can design and mail their own postcards. The third floor hallway is lined with children's art and has a room set up for origami. If your children need a quiet place to get away from the bustle of Solvang downtown, this is a great place for them to relax and create while you join in on their fun.

The place is really nice and small, I would rather call it Art Exhibition devoted to Nature. It's definitely worth to see, but don't expect the long visit
The museum is small but very nice. The receptionist is very nice too Ms Beckman. The only downside is that the manager/security guard an old lady is very strict and expected kids to understand the rules like they are adults. This is a kids museum and kids are supposed to have fun. She even followed us to the 3rd floor. This is a kids museum.
This is one of our favorite museums. We visit this museum every time we're in Solvang. It's just the right size for little ones and there's something for everyone to enjoy. Their exhibits rotate regularly, too, so it's always fresh. We appreciate, too, their focus on local wildlife and artists.
