Wildomar City Hall

Scott Burns in city planning, and Guy B. are by far the most unprofessional, and unfriendly individuals you’ll ever come across. If you plan on doing work in Wildomar, do yourself a favor and run! They are a stain on the city.

I love the city we just moved here mid January. But really upset with how city hall is not getting back to me or my solar company about our permits. Both me and the solar company have been calling and leaving messages and have not heard back anything from anyone. I can't even physically go there since they are not doing in person meetings. I wish that someone could just let us know what is going on. I had to give it at least one star just so I could post a review but if anything I would give them -5 stars!!!!

Wonderful service

This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They do not back to you in a timely manner, I have to call to ask if they received my fax 3 or 4 times, emails go unanswered or repeat the same response. After confirmation that the fax was sent and weeks ago still no follow up by this city which is sad because small business can bring more jobs and help this community grow. Very disappointed in how the process is handled for those applying for small business license. Hopefully they can change best wishes .

They don’t respond to parking complaints and tend to put business parking situations first on their priority list. Home owners have no priority when it comes to street parking. Your phone calls are generally ignored by paid staff. I realize that staff has many situations to deal with but, come on guys get with it!!!

Love this city and they have forward-thinking leaders on the City Council.

Very Friendly staff. always willing to help you in any way and answer all questions no matter how basic.

Good people besides putting me in jail but overall good women and men sexy women at that lol
