Beware of this car wash. Damage was done to my car. I used to like going there especially for the vacuums but will never go again.

Very poor quality car wash. The workers refuse to allow me to have the owners number to call for my credit card services at the machine. Then refused to turn on the automatic vaccine that are guaranteed with your purchase if your car wash. I’m a disabled person who wanted to clean my car in the shade with the vacuums and they refused to turn the vacuums on. This is why we need educated and understanding citizens working in places where they’re capable of helping disabled needs as well. expensive, and no vacuum available

They have really went downhill. I took my car through today and after the going through their wash my car was still dirty. I showed them the dirt and they ran it through again. After the second time my car still had dirt on it and I asked for refund. The Manager said I didn't buy the most expensive car wash so a little dirt is normal, and refused to clean the dirt off or give me a refund. I took it to the manual car wash next door to get my car clean. Unbelievable!!

Sign says "FREE VAC!" That's a lie! Then they say with a purchase. I went in the store and bought something. Well it isn't the store you have to go through the car wash. Then I asked to pay for vac. Well, it's $4, ok can you take my debit card. Nope it has to be cash. That place turned off the vacs and even people that went through car wash couldn't use them.

Have really went down hill. Will likely stop going here soon. They seem to be hiring whatever they can and they don’t care to try and get your car clean. Don’t keep towels stocked or cleaner filled in bottles but they have plenty of time to sit around and play on their phones and smoke when there are no cars.

This place has went down hill. Definetly not worth the 20 dollars. Went here again today to see if it has improved and it hasn't. I think out of all the vacuums 2 was barely working. Definetly my last trip.

Great value for the 8 dollar package. I received the automated car wash with the brushes and unlimited time vacuming...also cloth towels treated with gorilla wax for buffing the exterior/cleaning the dashboard/interior vinyl. The most expensive automated package is $28. Before you enter there is a payment terminal that accepts credit cards. The screen is hard to read in the late afternoon due the angle of the sun/and elevated making it difficult to enter payment. I recommend standing in front at least the first time. After you pay the exit barrier bar goes up just like a RR crossing then you drive to the attendants. They guide you onto a rail/ramp. Once placed properly you put your gear in neutral with no breaking/hands off of steering wheel/foot off the gas pedal. The car is pulled through the car wash. At the end you will see a sign which will flash when its time to put your car in gear an drive to the vacuuming area. You have access to vacuums on either side of your vehicle which is especially handy if another person is with you to help.

Drive thru is awesome but I didn't see much difference in the 15 and 20 dollar shampoo pressure not as good as usual and brushes in the front need to be sprayed of debris before scratching/prewashing vehicles. Other than that would be happy to pay 15 for the run thru!

Raised the price of the self serve car wash. $5.00 gets you 6 minutes.

One of the better automated car washes I have used. Unfortunately I have to fail them due to the unpleasant experience I had when I approached a worker who turned out to have the personality of a grizzly bear to compliment the place When I asked if he ran the place or was the manager, the first words out of his mouth were, “what’s wrong”. Shocked, I said I was complimenting the place and I went on but I quickly realized he wasn’t even listening to me or even cared because he didn’t even look up. There you have it. Sadly I had to leave one star to post this review.
