Per usual, I thoroughly enjoyed my cleaning with Kaylee. After having braces for several years, I grew to dread going to a dentist/hygienist of any kind. Kaylee is the reason why I consistently go to the dentist now. She’s very knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. As an African American woman who works in corporate America, I can ensure you that she’s not racist as seen in a prior review. She is very respectful and polite. My hygienist is the bomb!
I recently got a root canal at this location and it went very well. I am always nervous about any type of doctors visit, but with everyone at Milestone being so nice and welcoming it made it easier for me to warm up. Dr.Basu and Justin were both very attentive during my procedure. They were great. One of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist aside from the root canal.
I am trying to understand why Kaylee refused my routine cleaning services. She advised she would polish my teeth prior to cleaning. I merely asked will the end results be the same. She took offense to my being an involved patient in wanting to know why the switch in polishing in the beginning of cleaning. After this she jabbed me a couple of times in the mouth. I asked her to be more careful. I am sensitive. She started yelling at me saying I was rude. Left the room got the dentist. He came in immediately took her side saying I would have to reschedule with another hygienist because she refuses to treat me. I explained I have no issues with her, my appointment has been scheduled for 6 months, maybe she is having a bad day. There was no need for me to be inconvenienced for another appointment. I think she is racist and took offense to an African american woman asking for an explanation. I have never experienced being kicked out of a dentist office or refused dental treatment. I am baffled and unclear on what transpired. I will not be going back nor would I refer anyone unless Kaylee admits she was having a bad day and apologize for her lack of bedside manners and attitude. We all have those days, take the high road before you lose more patient's.
Outstanding practice! Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and professional. Scheduling as a new patient was very easy. The office is pleasant and bright. I selected Milestone due to their expertise with cognitive challenged patients and it was a wonderful experience for my mother. Thank you Kayley and Dr. Huynh for your patience and kindness. I've been a patient at this office for about two years and have really enjoyed it. Dr. Israel and his staff are all very friendly and professional and do a great job with all of the cleanings I've had there. Also important to me is that they are respectful of your time as a client - I am always seen at my scheduled appointment time not sitting in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time until I am seen and can easily schedule appointments on a work day knowing that I can reasonably predict when we will be done. I've recommended this office to several family members who have all had extremely positive experiences as well. Highly recommend!
Dr.Scott Huynh is the best dentist ! Very professional and clean! He has been my dentist for years now ! Even after him moving over an hour away to a new office we still go with him ! Very very very recommended! His one of the Top Dentist in the Country!
I visited Wildwood Dental Care on 10/2/20 the office is set up to following CDC guidelines, they had seating distancing and took my temperature when I walked in. The office is always so clean. Dr. Israel and his entire staff are so accommodating and friendly. I suffer from early stages of Parkinson's and have tremors in my mouth area, Dr. Israel is so gentle and caring he has a great chair side manner. I have been to the office twice and had a good experience both times. I highly recommend this dental clinic. Thank you Dr Israel and staff. Suzanne
My Daughter and I went to the Suwannee location and received the most professional and courteous service. The technology upgrades contribute to such a smooth transition from in the door to the dentist chair. If you want excellent professional service, head to Milestone Dentistry. My daughter and I travel from Tampa Florida because of my past fears of going to the dentist. I The staff and doctors have always treated my daughter and I well beyond what I have ever experienced. What was most convenient is the ability to be treated by their specialists who seem to work together with their family doctors. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Milestone Dentistry!
The customer service was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. Dr Israel is the best Dentist ever. He spent time explaining the procedure, answered all my stupid questions! He put me at ease and calmed my nerves with sincere honest answers. I love my Dentist and you will too, how many people say that?
Dr. Israel has been my dentist for over 20 years and my husband's for even longer. I'm not the best dental patient I can be associated to the runaway bride in this sense He's patient, kind and always looking for the best for me as his patient. The staff is awesome as well. They all work to ensure the experience is the best. I recommend Wildwood at every opportunity.
