Never had a worse experience with a rental company. Rent raised over $100 since starting to rent. Closed out storage unit and still getting messages, phone calls and texts. Multiple phone calls yet no response and continue to get messages even after moving from unit.

100% Pick this place, but plan ahead. We failed to plan ahead and the facility is closed  except the gate Sunday & Monday. We booked online, then found out we couldn't access with a brand new code without speaking to a human.  Whoops on our part, but they made everything right ad IF ever do need a storage unit in Pocatello,  we will plan ahead and use YOUR WAY STORAGE!!  Thank you again.

Super crackhead vibe.  When it switched to Your Way Storage, things really went downhill. The office hours are listed as 9-5, but no one ever comes to the door despite staff living on site. Deliveries stacked outside the door for days despite someone being there.  They only respond to text messages. Don't ever expect to actually speak to a person. Nevermind the over 100% increase in rent since the switch, their customer service is garbage. I'm also pretty sure they cut off my lock to take a look inside, and replaced it with a different lock afterwords as my key of 10 years magically stopped working.  The worst storage units in Pocatello!  Edit: posting move out photos so they don't try to screw me out of my deposit over a bad review.  Yes, they're that sketchy.

I would not reccomend this place whatsoever. We first signed a contract to rent out a unit last summer. The price was fair and we thought we were getting a good deal. However, I kid you not, the next day we got an email that our rates were going to increase by 20 dollars the next month. What a way to welcome your new customers. I still wanted to give it a chance and move past it. We have paid every bill early and made sure to keep in good standing with the family who owns this facility. More recently, we stopped by our unit to drop off some items to get them out of our home. We were shocked to see a red lock placed on our unit. There was no reason for this as I verified that we were current on all bills and payments. When trying to call for help so that we could access our own belongings, there was no answer and the office was no help. The family is never in the office to assist you with your needs and their hours are misleading. Terrible experience. We will be leaving as soon as we can get our things out of here, as long as they haven't already auctioned them all off.

4.5 stars. This place is really good. It only took me a few minutes to rent a shed and they had extremely good customer service. Very professional and very nice office staff. Would recommend.

This place is great, when my two week stay turned into more, with adequate notice i was able to keep my unit. It was clean and ready to move into when i arrived. the property is well kept and secure. it is totally worth the increase for regular upgrades. The manager gave us adequate notice of rate increase so we could move if we wanted, but this was honestly the best option out there due to cleanliness, security, service and cost.

Seriously the BEST customer service. Sydney was so helpful and so personal. The worst part about looking for a storage unit is feeling like your stuff isn't safe and like the customer service is bad. I left knowing I was in good hands and that I was part of the Wildwood family. Definitely recommending to my friends and family.

I received amazing customer service! I love dealing with real people. I hate getting stuck on a phone tree. It’s refreshing! I think the prices are great! It was really easy to find them online too.

I would highly recommend working with Wild Wood. The price is wonderful and worth everything penny. I feel very secure with my storage unit and I never have to worry about any potential theft. The areas are always kept nice and clean.
