Description

Will Jewelers is a family owned business since 1959. Our first store opened in 1959 in Versailles, Ohio. We moved to Fort Wayne, IN in 1964, and have had multiple locations throughout the city. Currently we are located on Illinois Road and Maysville Road. All repairs are done onsite by one of our five bench jewelers, and we also have five Graduate Gemologists on Staff.

Nice selection of jewelry, but fairly low end watch selection. Seems the only quality watch brand any of the Fort Wayne jewelers carry is the ubiquitous Rolex. I did find a gorgeous and rather unique ring for my wife though.

Before finding Will Jewelers, we had spent months shopping for a bridal set and had recently had a very bad experience with another jeweler. We were pretty discouraged about the whole ring shopping experience and feeling rather hopeless. We went to Will Jewelers and they were just fantastic. They created a beautiful bridal set that met our exacting expectations. They turned our frowns completely upside down! Throughout the process, Dixie was so patient and helpful – and the family in general was great to work with, very personable, and respectful. We later bought a contemporary men’s wedding band there as well. We returned yet again to have them redesign a pair of Sapphire earrings and they did a wonderful job. We have since moved out of the area and live 2.5 hours away. However, when we have an occasion to buy jewelry again, we’ll definitely make the trip to Will Jewelers. They are the real deal.
I have been coming here for repairs, appraisals, re-sizings, cleanings, etc. for years now and have never gotten less than top-notch care. I just had two rings resized here and could not believe the quality of the work. Both rings fit perfectly and they were so well polished that both looked brand new. Heather helped me throughout and is an excellent consultant. Gorgeous store but no ELVIS rings on display. BOOHOO! They also have their own line of watches, Seiko, and they are also a Luminox dealer. Lots of engagement and wedding rings too.
Best Jewelry store in town…Family owned and it shows by the way you are treated. I have always had great service and selection. My 25th Anniversary is coming up and I’m going to Will’s.
Had broken gold chain. Only got $25 for 14k chain. New chain and gold cross was $400. Not a very good price for my broken chain.
I stopped in here on a whim. My wife isn't very much into jewelry but I knew that she was getting a little put off with her engagement ring wedding band combination. She wanted to update it but never really took the time to shop. I stopped in here and long story short, a lady spent the time with me to help me understand what was there, helped me find something that I thought my wife would like and that evening I brought my wife in and they remounted her diamond in a new setting and my wife is thrilled! Thank you for making this process so easy and we got a good value also. My wife is proud as can be of her new ring.
My family has purchased from Will's for over 40-years. They are a topnotch Jeweler staffed with experts. They have a great selection of jewelry for all ages and genders, and their products are reasonably priced.
