Washers are tiny for the price. They do actually clean and spin well. I don't believe the weight capacity is accurate! They have super large one that's not suitable for sorted loads it's more for carpets or someone who laundry every 4 months.
It's not a bad place to do your laundry in the bathrooms are clean and they have two arcade games have plenty of seats to sit
I like that there is a self service pet wash attached as well as the car wash in the same lot. The place is clean enough. There's never too many ppl. Most of the time I'm the only one in the place. They have 2 arcade style games for kids as well as a seating area with public bathroom. Not much as far as single serve laundry detergent and dryer sheets and all that which would be nice to have some options for when u forget your stuff at home. But I still like the place. Oh and the fabric covered chairs need to be cleaned like NOW or just replaced bc a few of them are terribly stained. Time for an upgrade guys!
I have had multiple issues with this place. Most recently, I have been trying to obtain a refund of 24.00 since December 15th of 2020. I have called multiple times to no avail. On previous visits, there are never attendees on duty in Orchard Park and the facilities are usually unsanitary. I use to like going there for washing the car as I could wash my mats however since I have yet to be contacted or sent a refund I will no longer be using this business. Very poor response from owner.
Appreciate that it is 24 hours.. but a machine ate up $6 in quarters plus the $1.25 I spent on detergent.. Plus I nearly broke my wrist because the detergent machine jammed the box and I had to reach in to get it out. I found the correct phone number to call on google so we will see if I get a refund. Update: refund received! Place is pretty clean overall and the machines that are working really work well.
I would give this place more stars but my experiences here are different every time. Last time I was here a few weeks ago, almost half of the washing machines were out of order and needed repairs. There are still some like that. A couple of the dryers are OOO as well. The cleanliness of the laundromat is also hit or miss. Sometimes it's really clean and other times it needs immediate attention. I enjoy coming here, despite everything. It's nice and quiet since I visit during off hours so I don't have to worry about it being crowded.
I don't know that there's such a thing as an eager experience at the laundromat, but this was pretty good. Not too many nonfunctioning units, and at least one of the coin machines was running. Could use to have better instructions on the units.
The machines are expensive and small despite being labeled as double. And the machines have a weird smell to them.
Forget EVERY negative and nit-picky review you see on Google or Yelp!!!! The man who owns this place is the reason that we come here often minus the fact that it’s open 24 hours and we are very busy we will be here until 3am most nights we come in and the man is always in a fantastic and friendly mood. If there’s an issue he will always help us out. Sure there’s no tub sink and the dryers don’t take credit cards, but nowhere you go is perfect. It’s the people that run the place that make your experience worth while. He’s always down to have a conversation. Just 5 minutes ago we accidentally spilled detergent on the floor while he was cleaning and he was the one that started making jokes about it and helped us clean it up. WONDERFUL PERSON AND EXTREMELY WELCOMING!!!!
I have came here about 4 times now and every single time something has went wrong they seem to not care about this place at all 1. the pressure washer hose blew at the top and leaked everywhere over me and my car 2. they don’t fill the brushes with soap none of them work 3. the coin machine in the second bay to the row eats your money 4. the first bay pressure washer did not work. Nothing like an owner that doesn’t care about there business. I’d expect better being in or hard park. I’ll drive the extra few miles for a different place.
