Didn't help me. Didn't call to even get my information. Based their decision NOT to help me because of a survey online. I was told if my mother DIES as a result of negligence I could try again. WoW... f/u. She needs help NOW.

My experience with Mr. Eadie was very positive. He is good at guiding a conversation. While listening intently to your opinion he was careful not to let the discussion wander. Mr. Eadie gave his full attention during our discussion in an environment where many others attempt to multitask. I'm not the most talkative person and get quite nervous in situations like this, but the air of the room was very inviting. After our experience I felt like my opinions/observations were successfully communicated and Mr. Sadie understood my point of view.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to participate in a focus group, it was very interesting and such a great topic i want to know the outcome of the situation. I also want to thank Mike and Will who are very smart and intelligent and a very good speaker. They made me feel very comfortable and opened up to us in such a warm and welcoming way. It was a 5 star event and i hope i can attend more in the future thank you again

I had an amazing time at the Eadie Hill focus group.  Everyone was kind and courteous.  The discussions were led with respect to others opinions and we were encouraged to speak freely about the subject matter.  When entering the room I was greeted by William Eadie, he seemed very genuine.  I had no idea that he was an attorney until he made mention of being so during initial ice breakers.   The staff that I met was very friendly, easy to talk with, and inviting.  I would refer Eadie Hill without hesitation.

I thoroughly enjoyed this Focus Group and I thought it was very interesting. We had a good group of people and the moderator was very good at keeping people from talking over each other. I felt like he even made it more enjoyable and interesting because of his personality.  He was very concerned that we are comfortable and had everything that we needed water, candy Etc.

I thought that this was a very well run focus group. Order was maintained in regard to cross commenting and staying on task when the group strayed. The lawyer that worked with us was very respectful, professional, yet friendly. The room was very clean and lunch was very good and fresh. Parking was very easy at this venue and I felt safe in the environment outside and inside. Breaks to stand and stretch and use the restroom was considerate. The only thing I would have wanted different is cold bottled water. Not room temperature. Probably just because I'm a big water drinker and we were there for six hours. Overall, great experience!!!!

I thought the experience was very enjoyable. I felt at ease with the topics and the setting. I thought the facilitators did a good job of moderating the topics and they answered all our questions. I would love the opportunity to participate in another focus group if the opportunity presented itself.

Working with William and the team was a great experience. He was very easy to talk to and made you feel comfortable along with valuing your opinions. Great time today and I feel good about the input we were able to give.

William created an inviting environment, where I felt comfortable to share any opinion.  The group felt very friendly and together as we left, even though we had varing opinions on the topic.  William also had control of the room so we stayed on topic and tempers never flared up between focus group members.

William was very polite and professional, knew how to orchestrate a discussion with a large group and make every one feel comfortable. The second lawyer although he didnt speak was very polite and helpful in bringing in lunch and drinks. It was a day well spent
