Being the first official school experience for us, our child and we were very happy here. We would have loved to continue our child's education here, if we had not decided to move. It has French Immersion, friendly and caring teachers and office staff as well as great community of parents and caregivers supporting their and each other's children. Big shout outs to the amazing Mrs. MacNeill, Ms. Falbo, Ms. Anna, Ms. Gooden, Ms. Karsh, Mr. Johnston and all the Miller Staff for all the positive impact you have had on my child and his development. Many thanks!! <3
I'm 32 this year and still love my memories of William G Miller from 1996 with Mrs Trefzger and 1998/99 with Ms Bishop, learning clarinet in grade 4, doing folk dancing from grades 1-4 with Mrs Treszger and Ms Bishop and the annual jamboree at the civic center by stc, pancake days, grandparent days, jump rope for heart days and the big orange drink container with dance music blasting. Back in the day there was a park to the side by the ravine and it had two sized flip bars. Running down that field with my friends, choosing what Backstreet Boy we individually claimed as our boyfriends and performing as the Spice Girls 2 years in a row at the school's talent shows. I also remember getting caught wetting toilet paper and throwing it onto the ceiling in the bathroom lol, my apologies. I loved this school and cherish the memories. Shout out to friends I've never seen since then.
This is an amazing school, just being apart William G. Miller is an opportunity to learn leadership, respect, perseverance & honesty. And the society is a great place to make friends when your younger but when your older just good luck making it alive. AMEN!!!!!!!!
