The William Arena at Minges Coliseum is home of the East Carolina University basketball team. Head coach Michael Schwartz 2022/2023 is currently rebuilding the pirates basketball program. Looking forward to see the pirates in the NCAA tournaments soon. ECU has Basketball Summer camp for a variety of ages to improve basketball skills and performance.
It seemed like every seat had a good view. We found our way around easily, and the restrooms were conveniently located.
Overall nice arena...but seats are so close together, you have barley any room to move and you cannot get through the isle without everyone moving including the people sitting in front of you. Went for HS graduation and they had seats reserved that nobody ever set in the whole time and had a whole section blocked off when we definitely could've used the extra room! So the arena itself is nice, but the ones who coordinates the seating needs to reevaluate their theory, whatever that may be.
First time here, pretty cool experience. The staff were friendly/ courteous the arena was pretty easy to maneuver around/ figure out where everything was at. Concessions weren’t to expensive either
Great new bright colors inside. Go Pirates! The Pirates are winning some good games this season.
Very nice place! Plenty of parking and handicap accessibility! Elevators inside. Clean bathrooms.
Only there for graduation ceremony, but it seemed a little run down and a bit dirty.
Small arena which places you near the action on the floor no matter where you sit. Lower level does not have seat backs. The upper level does. There isn’t a bad seat in the house. I sat in section 215 and could hear the offensive and defensive calls being made by the players on the court.
Great stadium with good amenities and plenty of parking spaces
We hate that ECU lost the game but the dance team was great!
