Did my research to find a doctor I liked to make an appointment so when called the office i spoke to Karen who was so rude. Karen hung up the phone on me as I was trying to find my insurance. There is no need to be rude to me a new patient just looking for a PCP. Karen you chose to work in the Healthcare field and should be more compassionate and empathic to patients just trying to find a doctor.
I found out I was no longer a patient of Dr Williams via a neighbor who was also a patient of Dr W. She said that Dr W no longer accepted her insurance. So I checked Florida Blue and she no longer accepted mine either. A little research found that she was no longer with Advent Medical Group. One would think that when your doctor leaves a practice they would let you know so that if you had an issue, or needed a refill that it could be taken care of. An appointment as a new patient right now is months out. I've had to make a walk in appointment just to get a prescription for restless legs! As it was, for about 3 years Dr Williams never diagnosed any of my issues, she only bounced me to other doctors.
I'm new to the area and just went in as a new patient. No one really enjoys the doctors office but Dr Williams and her staff took thier time answering my questions and were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them! I even got a shot and barely felt it, great work ladies.
When I left home, I thought I would never find another Doctor who was like family. Dr. Williams and her staff has taken the time again and again to make me better each and every visit by being caring and "loving". Putting on the right path to good health each and every time.
Dr. Williams is the ultimate professional. Efficient, friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable, takes her time and make you feel that she really cares. I highly recommend her. I'm new to the area and needed referrals to a orthopedic doctor and a gynaecologist. I'm over the moon with both the specialists that she recommended. I will trust her judgement on any issue I might have. The offices are pleasant and her staff fall under the same category. Friendly and efficient.
She was my PCP for 2 years until I moved out of state. Has an infinite store of patience and she can usually pinpoint your medical problem by the end of your office visit. Just wish she made hospital rounds as well.
