Just simply an unprofessional place. Terrible staff, no appointment reminder times. Seem to love to try and stick people with a 50$ bill.

The office staff is not friendly or efficient. Referrals take forever or sometimes need 2nd and 3rd requests from patients. I would not recommend this office for service.

Staff is friendly and they always get me and my family in when we need to be seen. Highly recommend.

Called to schedule a new patient appointment for me and my husband. First time I called no answer. When I finally got through the receptionist put me on hold two separate times, once for over seven minutes. My appointment was scheduled for today, and I completely forgot about it. I called within an hour after missing my appointment no one answered so I left a voicemail explaining I didn’t receive a confirmation call or reminder and I completely forgot about it because we just got back from a trip. I asked for someone to call me back to reschedule. I received a call back from the office later that evening where the receptionist rudely told me Dr. Williams did not want me as a patient since I missed my appointment. This is the first appointment I’ve missed in my entire life!! Do not go here! Receptionists are rude and your calls never get answered! After reading other reviews I’m glad I won’t be going here.

Dr. Williams has been great! Listens to your concerns, has great bedside manner, very knowledgeable and if there is greater concern, will refer you promptly to someone who can help. Hands down recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP or new to the area.

Dr. Williams and staff are great. They are a busy office, but always provide great service.
