Dr Williams staff was wonderful. Dr Williams took his time and explained to the next step to help with my husband dizziness.
This place is a joke! They never answer the phones. You can call at an hour of their operation and they never answer. When you finally get a hold of someone they gave you a bogus excuse that they took a late lunch, doctor is out of town, or that they just answer phone calls and cannot do anything else because they are not in the office. When you finally get an appointment they are even more useless. They never follow up or send paperwork for more test. You try to call to see what is going on and once again it is a game of phone tag. The fact that this place is still operating is ridiculous.
You can never get a hold of anyone. I have been waiting for an authorization for over a month and every time I call no one is ever there to answer or they’re forwarding my calls to their machine. They’re clearly still open. Even now I called and no one is answering but they close at 4pm.
Dr. Williams was very nice, professional, and on schedule. His staff is friendly and helpful. You can't ask for much more.
Dr. Williams is truly the nicest, kindest doctor I've ever seen. Each time my family or I go see him, we are all treated with great care and respect. Oh, and the office is honest too! Apparently either myself or my insurance overpaid and I received a check in the mail from them. I had no idea what had happened, but I sure do appreciate their honesty. The wait time is either very good or average, depending on the time of my appointment. Dr. Williams is the best and I can't imagine going to another E.N.T.
I’ve never felt the urge to leave a good or bad review for someone until today. I had the worst experience with Dr Williams. I was referred to him as a follow up to my Teladoc video chat with another doctor. I couldn’t have a family member hold the camera in a way to show the doctor the irritation and cobble-stoning in the back of my throat so she had me go see this specialist. I felt like I was being rushed out of his office from the moment I stepped in. He looked at the back of my throat for 2 seconds and told me nothing was wrong with it. I found it weird that he didn’t ask me any questions about symptoms I was feeling before diagnosing me as “fine.” I continued to voice to him my concerns and the fact that my throat is very irritated and he looked annoyed that I was taking his time up. Eventually he got frustrated with me voicing my concerns and gave me a prescription for antibiotics to get me out of his office... Every doctor I’ve seen since has said that was the wrong move and that I didn’t have an infection in the first place.. I felt like I was begging him to diagnose me. I had legitimate concerns that I’d been stressing over for weeks and I went to Dr. Williams office to find out what’s wrong but only ended up crying in his parking lot because he made me feel so frustrated and helpless.
He said couldn't check hearing, too much fluid. After many return visits, I finally agreed to let him make tiny slice in ear drum to release fluid. He actually punched large holes. Totally deaf now. Many other doctors shocked, said I should sue, they would
I've been taking all four of my boys to Dr. Williams for several years now. Dr. Williams and his staff have been very professional, get you in quickly, and are thorough. Two of my four have needed medical procedures and things were handled quickly and things went well. Dr. Williams has a great bedside manner and has taken great care of my boys.
Few years back when I was going through a divorce, I had sinus procedure done by this doctor, came back to this facility for removing packing from my nose cavities, I had the worse experience in the office. since i was emotionally in very bad shape due to divorce, I just ignored lack of professional care. Even all of my friends advised to do something about what we all experience. If i could go back in time I would have taken the facility to court, not for money but for what My friends and I experienced in the facility, legally it is too late.
Referred to Dr. Williams. Had excessive noise bleeds. First appt, I explained my problem and medical history. My noise was cauterized and did not work. Notified doctors office and another appointment was made. Again, noise was cauterized. This seem to work. Nose bleeds slowed for 5 to 6 days. A few days after my appointment I left on a trip to my mountain home. My noise bleeds started again, I called Dr. Williams talked to his nurse and explained. Ask to have Dr. Williams call me! While waiting for Dr Williams I called my oncologist doc. I was advised to make sure Dr. Williams had my complete medical history. I had! My oncologist advised me That I should never had my noise cauterized. My cancer is affecting my blood and bleeding is a symptom. Dr. Williams office call me back, again I asked if Dr. Williams please call me becouse of the distance to the office. I was advised that Dr. Williams does not do phone consulting over the phone and he is very busy and would not call me and I should just come in to the office. 182 mile drive 3hr 40min drive with no traffic in L.A. area My oncologist and my primary doctor all will return my calls the same day after they are finished with their patients. I am so disappointed and disgusted in the way some doctor's are. Dr Williams I have filed a complaint with my insurance provider. More Doctor's kill patients with mistaking diagnoses or just not listening. If you have a health problem, please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion as soon as you can. A good doctor will advise you too. All my issues could have been avoided if Dr Williams just would have listened to me.
