Dr. Giles Willis Jr. was born and raised in Lewisville, Arkansas. After graduating with honors from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Dr. Willis moved to Washington, D.C., to attend Howard University School of Dentistry. Dr. Willis graduated from Howard University School of Dentistry and moved to New York to begin his General Practice Residency. Dr. Willis completed a One Year General Practice Residency with the New York Medical College Northern Consortium which consisted of two hospitals: Our Lady of Mercy Medical Hospital in Bronx, New York and Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. He completed his Master's Degree in Public Health in 2015 from AT Still University.
Dedicated to the total dental wellness of all individuals, Dr. Willis moved to North Carolina and worked in the undeserved areas for three years at Hertford County Dental Center and Piedmont Health Services. Dr. Willis was appointed Adjunct Faculty at UNC, Chapel Hill while working for Piedmont Health Services. Dr. Willis carried out community service with the Mission of Mercy (MOM) of North Carolina and he also provided dental service in New Orleans for Hurricane Katrina victims. He also volunteers with Wake Smiles which is an organization which provides quality dental care to the residents of Wake County who are not otherwise able to afford it.

During his spare time, Dr. Willis enjoys playing softball at his church, racquetball, basketball and is an avid reader of James Patterson and Dean Koontz novels. Dr. Willis also likes traveling with his wife, Kimberly and daughter, Eden.
