We couldn’t have had a better experience at Willis Furniture. We went in hoping to find furniture for our new home, and we were provided more than we could’ve imagined! Should you go in, I highly recommend working with Joan. She guided us from start to finish, and truly made us feel like family. Couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience! We will continue to use Joan in the future and will absolutely be a returning customer.
John was an awesome help. He knows everything about the furniture and possesses a wealth of useful knowledge. He helped us to chose the right furniture and he brought up things I would never have thought of. It was a great buying experience that gave us confidence in our furniture decisions. The store has a huge amount of the highest quality furniture in more styles than you can shake a stick at. It was honestly the best buying experience that I can remember. Zero pressure and the utmost professionalism. I will never go anywhere else now.
Excellent service. Sales associate Joan Sharpe did an outstanding job and worked with me to understand my wishes and needs. .She worked tirelessly to find the correct sofa, coffee table, and end table and even was able to deliver quickly. I will definitely work with her again. Her knowledge and understanding of the product made the decision easy. The delivery men were very professional and timely and offered Red Carpet service.
We came to the store looking to see a soft listed on the Willis website. We were assisted by Shelby, who was very helpful. The sofa we were looking for was in the Outlet section. We were pleasantly surprised to find this soft was further reduced another $327 from the price on the website. This allowed us to cover the delivery charge and the extra fee for carrying our old sofa to the curb unlike appliance dealers who haul off the old appliance for free. we were happy with the service we received and the quality of the sofa we purchased.
Greeted at the door by Chris. Helpful but not pushy. She looked up our previous purchase so we could coordinate colors for a new runner. Made it easy to come to a quick decision. We’ll be back!
I have shopped at Willis for many years. I have never had anything but top notch customer service. Some may think they are not affordable, but they run excellent promotions on top Quality merchandise that will last generations! Today John helped me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I promise you will not regret any purchase from Willis.
Lynn Drucker, our store rep, was very helpful with our mattress selection, she was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Willis has a good selection of furnishings and mattresses to choose from at reasonable prices.
Lisa Odom know the business well, and pulled together beautiful fabrics for our Four Seasons slipcovered furniture. She came to our house prior to our store meeting to measure and see what our space needed. She does not put pressure on you, but makes sure you have all the information to make a good decision. My wife and I purchased a significant amount of furniture from Willis when we moved here 3 years ago. Much of the furniture is very nice however they also sold us a warranty guaranteeing the furniture. We attempted to use the warranty and have had a significant amount of issues with it. We were told by Willis furniture that this was guaranteed and there should be no issues with the warranty. Over two years have gone by since we submitted our claim. I've sent multiple emails and had multiple phone calls. Yesterday, I was sent a message by Willis furniture requesting this rating of their company. Just after this I received notification that the stools I submitted the claim for well over 2 years ago were ready.
Helena and Andy were super helpful. Felt “stuck” on what I should do with my space. They teamed up and gave me choices and great ideas. Thanks!
