The hallmark of WK Fitness and Wellness Centers is personal attention from staffers who are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Fitness Specialists perform an initial assessment which includes strength and flexibility testing, stress and heart disease risk factor analysis, cardiovascular testing to determine fitness level, blood chemistry and a determination of your fitness goals. This information is used by your specialist to design a personalized exercise prescription. In addition, several nutrition seminars are offered throughout the month for any nutrition concerns you may have.
