The most wonderful staff I have ever worked with!! We  have used their pharmacy for at least 10 years and have never had one experience less then great. Doug is always so friendly to my girls and they just love him. Martin is an amazing pharmacist and the ladies whose names I cannot remember are always friendly and helpful and wonderful. I cant say enough good things about them.

Wife had a complex shoulder surgery so had a litany of scripts to be filled.  Came here to get them filled. WOW! Personal service from a pharmacy?  You bet.  Pharmacist personally went over each med, what they are for and detailed precautions about interactions.  Strange feeling being at a pharmacy where someone actually showed concern about your health.  Unlike the one on every corner box store pharmacies. Prices? I had to look at the receipt to see if they had left something off the total was so low.   Lowest prices I’ve seen.  Value and Personal Service. Highly recommend Willow Bend Pharmacy.

The Willow Bend team is amazing! They are so personable and fast I can't imagine going anywhere else. Last week when I was sick they had already notified me that my new prescription had been filled before I even left the Dr office! It's great to support local and they are the best!

Recently we had a major, traumatic, health scare in our family & my 26 year old son could have died. After spending almost a month in the hospital the last thing I was doing as we discharged was verifying prescriptions were written accurately. Sadly we realized there was a problem when we got to the big chain pharmacy on the way home. The big chain was not willing to help with a resolution at all. A friend recommended Willow Bend Pharmacy so we contacted them. Martin went out of his way making phone calls and taking care to get our prescriptions filled. If you're looking for personalized attention & care skip the big chains where you're just another script.

Martin and his team are always so helpful and thorough. They really listen. Martin introduced K-Pax Mitonutrients and Methyl B Complex to us because our daughter was not responding to "regular" vitamin brands. He was not wrong! In fact, when we ran out after about a week she was surprised what a difference they made. I quickly reached out for a refill. We are always grateful for his recommendations.

I make the drive from Uptown to Plano because Dr.Komenda, the office staff, and pharmacy staff are patient with any questions, they fully listen to any concerns, and the prices of the medications tend to be much lower. This pharmacy and office is helpful in many ways, including being able to access the pharmacy via text, mailing out prescriptions when needed, and by allowing family members to pick up what you may need when you're down and out with an illness. I have been going to Dr. K for about 10 years and have no complaints.

Your one stop shop for medicine. It’s location is convenient. Martin and his staff are so friendly. Their prices are lower than Tom Thumb and CVS so good for my budget. If you can’t pick up your medicine I think they offer delivery too! My favorite pharmacy!!!

If don't have Martin at Willow Bend Pharmacy as your Pharmacist then you're loosing out!!! I love him and everyone there. They always do there very best to help thier patient's. I'm a lifer!!

Martin and his staff...Doug go above and beyond in helping their clients. They have been compounding for my daughter for years and they are courteous, dependable and will help in any way that they can! Just plain awesome! :-

Wow - what a great experience! The staff is warm and friendly, the service is quick, and my questions were answered thoroughly. I'll definitely be back.
