Willow Grove Family Dental

This is the worst dental office I have ever seen. Nadine is rude, she lies, sets appointments when no dentist will be in the office. Does not call to let you know to reschedule. When you ask her about it she hangs up the phone like a teenager. She is well over 65 years old. Their team has the attitude of white trailer trash , ineffective communication at best. Now they changed their name to Bright Smile Dental MN. Guess what soon the reviews will merge. You can't hide behind this. Nadine is EATING every time I have gone in. Smelly food.

You guys might want to reconsider your receptionist. She is the voice of your clinic. The first person people talk to and she is incredibly unprofessional and rude. When I called to inquire about your services and if there were any appointments available in the near future I had a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain, no one answered and I got the voicemail. Which was fine, not a big deal. I didn't leave a voicemail. I got a call back from the receptionist at 6:30 pm asking if I called the dentist. I had to ask her twice which clinic she was calling from because I had called a few. They were booked out a month but I scheduled an appointment anyways because I was in pain and needed to have my tooth looked at. A couple weeks later I wound up in the emergency room because the tooth was so infected and the pain was unbearable. I had the tooth taken care of elsewhere and forgot to call and cancel my appointment. That was rude on my part and I would have called to cancel had I thought about it. I received a call this morning about my appointment that I was missing. I apologized and let the receptionist know I wouldn't be in today. Her response? "Why didn't you call us?" I started to explain that I had forgotten about the appointment and what had happened with my tooth. She didn't even let me finish before she hung up on me. I could not believe the level of rudeness I had just dealt with. I had a bad feeling about the place from the beginning and should have never scheduled an appointment. Judging by other reviews and your star rating, I'm glad this clinic didn't have openings sooner. I really think dodged a bullet by not going to your clinic.

I slightly think this place isn't licensed. Go in for a cleaning which they didn't even finish ...and was rushed out because the "had another patient" they didn't fully clean my teeth. The receptionist I'm told is on vacation, whom ever is filling in for her a horrible attitude. So disappointed... Please don't ever go here. The level or care is disgustingly terrible. Go in the next day to get cavities filled and sit there for almost 25 minutes, while to receptionist sat and made person calls with a room full of patients.

Dirty, unprofessional, dentist and assistant use contaminated gloves then touch your mouth, rude, pushy for money, I had a bad feeling the entire time I was there. Couldnt leave fast enough. Receptionists talk in foreign language amongst themselves which is very rude right in front of you. I was shocked at how dirty the place was. They try to push for expensive work to be done when it is unnecessary. Dont go there!! Dentist tries to intimidate you as best he can.

These people are unprofessional. I went there for a routine cleaning and a cavity to be filled. I noted on my form I was allergic to nickel. They suggested partials. 5 out of 7 appointments scheduled, they had metal ones with nickel alloy. They did not get the plastic ones done. Nor did they call to cancel appointment. When the plastic ones arrived they did not fit at all. Dr Grimm stated sanding them down would make them breakable. They called me the next day into their office an another dentist wanted to sand them down. I told him no. THEY TRIED TO FORCE ME TO TAKE THE ONES THAT DID NOT FIT. Nadine gave me metal earrings and a half box of chocolates. Hello I cannot wear earrings, who in their right mind would accept a half box chocolates with no ingredients mentioned. I have food allergies I filed a grievance with my insurance. Transferred care to another location due to relocation. I am in my 3rd remission from cancer. I needed my xrays sent to new clinic. There newest addition to the staff was a lady named Tracy. She stated she would mail me a release. That never happened. On Sunday I drove and signed my own release. and left detailed voice mail for Nadine. At the new dental location they never received. I called while there asking for them to be emailed and Tracy stated " We can hold on to your records for 30 days according to Hippa" then hung up. I drove over there. From S Mpls to Plymouth. Only to be told I swore at her while at the other clinic NOT TRUE. The records needed to be emailed so I signed yet another release. Then walks in Kelly who accused me of spitting on a dentist. That never happened. They tried to force me to take these partials and I refused. They dummied up their documentation on me so they could get paid.... I attempted to call Nadine while back at the other clinic. She hung up on me 8 times. The staff at the new clinic called and she told them they are understaffed and would get to it by this morning. While I was at their location Tracy threatened to call the cops on me. I did nothing wrong. I have the whole conversation recorded. Then walks in Kelly who got her facts construed and thought I swore and threatened to call police while I was at the new clinic in S Mpls. I did tell Tracy, I would file another grievance which I did. I called them late last night and let them know they should take an Emotional Intelligence class. Mind you Kelly put her hands on me. I told her not to touch me. The Lab they use is HORRIBLE. Nothing fit. I could have cancer in my mouth which is why these records are important and paper records, are not at accurate as the emailed ones that can be printed on proper paper. Stay Away..... These people are unprofessional and rude. And they LIE. Who in their right mind treats someone who is like this???? They lack professionalism and empathy. I know verbatim they falsely documented my chart, to try and get paid from my insurance. Not going to happen. Bravo Nadine, your lack of professionalism shined through yesterday. You should know paper xrays are not of quality of emailed ones that are printed on the correct paper. I was told you got my release in the mailbox yesterday and DID NOTHING. Being spiteful , all because I filed a complaint. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like a dog. The staff at the other clinic witnessed my call to them. And knows I was not rude to them. I should also mention Dr Grimm said UCARE wont like this, I will give you partial bridges for $1000 each. It is a shame that these group of people think they can lie ,cheat and fabricate actual events to get paid. FYI Still no xrays sent. The alleged release they sent me, never came in the mail.

If the dentist cared the same as the rude receptionist who belittled and laugh at my request to get an urgent appointment for a painful broken tooth I would not want to touch this dentist at all. Find a caring dentist and dental staff elsewhere. One star is a bit generous in my opinion.

I had one of the best experiences at the dentist. Everyone at Willow Grove was incredibly kind. The hygienist was great and gentle. The Dentist was kind and cared about me as a person.

Terrible place. Would not recommend to anyone!
