You will not get your security deposit back! And they’re proud of it! I thought it was a joke until it actually happened to us! We had an emergency back home and had to leave at night the day before the first of the month and we gave the park a call first thing in the morning on the first with no response from them it took seven days later after leaving a voicemail for them to get back to us and the conclusion we had was them telling me that since you didn’t let us know that night you left and there was freezing temperatures the pipes could’ve burst and we weren’t able to winterize it  but the thing is is that had we stayed that night the lot was not winterized prior to us leaving so the pipes could’ve froze up while we were staying there regardless. Countless people warned us before we were about to leave the park, we left the place spotless and were good tenants and they still found a reason not to give our security deposit back!

we've had a wonderful experience since moving here, I've had nothing but good interactions with everyone associated with Willow Park.  Thanks for all you do!

So far a very quiet place...nice neighbors....

My chard and spinach are coming up nicely, but the cilantro is struggling with the rocky soil.  Plenty of shared tools to be had in the shed, and the neighboring garden plots to mine all seem to be tilled by nice people.  Oh, and the trailer park next to the evanston community garden seems okay, I guess.

Found the RV park clean and nice place to come visit. They have many sites here and  u can  set up trailer house or great for Rv  parking too.  I come here to work on people mower, weedeater, snowblower and any other project with their Rv needs...

I like the atmosphere of the park and my neighbors are really nice.

Finally went see my grandbabies an son love the place

These people aren't nice and conduct bad business. Unfair and two faced!
