Price increase to 550.00 month. Absurd. Adding new spots making it more cramped. Seems like new owners are more HOA than anything else.
The owner is so nice and very accommodating. He always goes above and beyond for his guest. We stayed here for 5 months and it was great. It's always clean and quiet, there is also a bathhouse and a laundry room area that is always clean and maintained. It's a nice place to stay if I ever have to pass back down to Arkansas I will definitely be staying here.
It’s got all you need. Decent spots with 30/50 electric, sewer, wifi, bath house toilet and a shower with hot water, laundry room 2/2 each extremely reasonably priced laundry. It’s a little rough around the edges as far as cleanliness and upkeep. The owner will do anything he can to help and accommodate you. Who can ask for more than that. I was traveling and didn’t feel well and he took the best care of me. I am here several weeks now and I am perfectly content. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Respectful pets welcome too.
Worked for us needing a 1 night stay. This is a park where there are a lot working people and some semi's in and out. Gravel roads, but level. It was quiet and that's all we needed. Pricing was very fair a $30. Honestly no complaints.
New owner with nice family. Feels safe with owner being law enforcement. He has worked tirelessly restoring this park and cleaning it up. Great place for tranquility and sincerity.
Originally planned on spending one night just as a quick overnight stop but when a storm came through with high winds we stayed another night. Owner very accommodating and had full hookups. A bit dusty but that's not the parks fault. Would stay again everyone was very nice.
Did not stay overnight here. We were heading to another spot that did not have hook ups and these guys let us fill up our freshwater tank on the way in and empty our waste on the way out for a small fee. Facilities are easy to use and they have some pull through spots that were easy to get in and out of.
Overall, it's a good place to park your camper. Full hookups power, water, sewage and some pretty good wifi. It has its own laundry room though it could stand to have a couple more machines, and a shower/restroom if you didn't happen to bring your own. Never had a problem with vandalism and the owner is usually willing to work with you on anything. It's no lakeside resort, but if you're just looking for a place to park your rig while you spend some time in town on a job, it does the trick.
Stayed overnight in a pull-thru site. Very quiet and clean park. Mostly semipermanent and permanent residents but owner works in law enforcement and vets all long-term applicants. Laundry and shower available. Definitely recommend this park.
It's a no frills trailer park. We overnighted there in a pull through spot. The road in is rough, but it's cheap.
