If you are looking to get a Prenatal Massage go see Andrea. She is so amazing! I am 33 weeks pregnant and have been quite sore. I feel relaxed and refreshed. She made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Didn’t want it to end. Book with her!
My massage therapist was wonderful but when I scheduled I told the girl I wanted to book a $50/30 minute massage ‍. I had a gift card to use. Well on the phone at first she wanted to take a CC # to insure that the cancelation policy would be honored. So I gave her my gift card number. Then when I checked in on time she informed me it would be $70 plus tax not 50 because I was scheduled with a more experienced therapist although I was still only getting a 30 minute massage. Make sure to get all the details when you make an appointment here!
I’ve been getting my hair done here for years and absolutely love my hairstylist. I look forward to seeing Kelsey and always leave loving my hair! I’ve also gotten other services massage, pedicure, facial and have never been disappointed. The team at the front desk always greets with a smile. One of my favorite places!
Only chiropractor is who I see! I DON'T recommend hair salon! " Jessica" got scissor happy & chopped all my hair off!!! Then there was a " glossing" procedure, Took ALL my natural platinum hair color OUT!! Never will go back to salon!
I am very upset about my most recent experience at Willow Bridge. I Was told two sessions would be needed to get to what I wanted, was fine with that. First appointment stylist quoted me around 150, and told me that I should expect to pay 150 or even less for the next session. I left with amazing hair, exited for my next appointment. My stylist unexpectedly quit, so I rescheduled with someone else for my next appointment. Second appointment rolls around, came prepared to pay 150, as the previous stylist told me it would be, but the second stylist quoted me over 300 dollars for the same service the other stylist said would be no more than 150. Why would the pricing so drastically change? Had to completely change the service that I came in to do, and was embarrassed in the process because I could not afford the services I was originally booked for. Left with my hair looking hardly any different than it did originally, my friends and family couldn’t even see a difference. I was charged ~200 including tip. Didn’t want to leave a tip, but decided to be courteous because the stylist was very nice. I feel ripped off, I will not be returning.
I have been to WillowBridge on two separate occasions now & have had the good fortune of having several services done there—facial, massage, acupuncture, yoga class, etc. I do not live in the area, but visited while traveling through, once for relaxation & stress relief & more recently for wellness services after an injury. Every therapist & staff member has been professional, kind, & highly skilled. The entire space is calming. Isanti is lucky to have this beacon of wellness. If I lived nearby, this would be my go-to spot! Highly recommend.
I recently moved up to cambridge area fro chaska and started going to Jess for my hair. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff and makes it and overall enjoyable experience.
I have had excellent service here every single time I’ve come in. Massages, hair cuts, hair colors. The moment you walk in the door, the woman at the front desk makes you feel like an old friend. She is the epitome of everything that good customer service should be. The stylists are wonderful and everyone in staff is so friendly. So happy this place is right near my home.
Amazing stylists here! All staff are very friendly. Jess did incredible with a diffifult color-correction on my dark hair! She knew how to blow-out my curls without the frizz! Kelsey is so personable and did great at blending up my bleached ends into a small balayage. Shannon is so good at men's cuts! My boyfriend's hair looked great. Mindy did awesome at an edgy a-line cut for my little sister that she adored. Amanda gave me a wonderful cut and a classy style for my curls
I loved my stylist. She was super nice. But i went in for a trim and everything seemed fine. Got home and my layers are completely uneven. I told her I was growing them out and didn't want a lot cut off. Just everything evened out. I also can't handle the smell of the shampoo. It gave me a headache and my husband made me shower before bed because it smelled so bad.
