New Review: What a difference two months makes. I gave this mobile home park 5 star, now I wish I could give zero. First we had a drive by shooting, then less than 2 weeks we had a person shot twice & now we have a person who had a gun stolen by someone they know. I'm wondering what has happened to my safe & secure park. Management has ignored all my emails, I don't even want to renew my lease I am that frightened. ** Old Review: I have lived here in the park for over 10 years. Yes I have had some bad neighbors and some who I hated to see go. I chose this park because of their rules. The park is safe & I feel comfortable walking the streets at night for exercise. Folks here are super friendly especially Tracy at the office. I know people get upset about the kids in the picnic area but if I had small children I would want them to stay within the park to play. All in all if you hate rules don't come here. Sunhomes tries to keep this place clean, safe & secure.
Just moved in and we love the place it's nice and very peaceful and so far everyone we have met have been really nice
They will constantly put notices on your door for every little thing. If you have kids or pets this is not the place for you because you will be written up often. The pool was nice when it was open however it is rarely open forget the hours that they have posted they mean nothing. DO NOT park on the street I let my car sit for about an hour so my kids could draw with chalk during the height of covid and they sent a tow truck out thankfully I was sitting right in the driveway the entire time. Neighbors were wonderful however they are all also moving when lease is up because of how its run.
Even though things did not work out for me. I debated to long and the property got leased Tracy is and was amazing. Loved the customer service and it wasn't forced or fake.

Neighbors isn't friendly. They like to be selfish a lots! They always complained to much. Thomas is the fixed house. He is very nice man! I give him 5 stars out of it. The friendly lady who work at office. She have a lots communicate with us since we deaf people.
I have so much to say, and majority of it isn't good. They are finding petty ideas to keep making more money off people.
Visited my friends who just moved here and was thoroughly impressed with the place! Very nice and modern. The neighborhood is very pleasant and inviting.
Beautiful Mobile Home Park. Only visited once so far and the outside looked quite clean!!
I’ve lived here for 16 years and I do love it. It’s clean and very well kept. I really enjoy living in this community; lovely neighbors too.
