My husband and I stayed at Willows Lodge for two nights following our wedding as a mini-honeymoon and it was the loveliest experience. We checked in late at night after our wedding and the staff were so kind and welcoming and treated us to champagne and rose petals in the room. We had a wedding cake that wouldn’t fit in the room fridge, so they took it and kept it in their large fridge, and brought us slices as we asked for them. The room was gorgeous and incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and clean/well maintained. We were so sad to only stay two nights - highly recommend if you’re looking for a romantic and luxurious stay!
Very nice resort and service. Excellent location. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was there was a loud wedding reception going on pretty late right next to our room on the south end. Would have been nice to place us "non-wedding guests" away from the reception area. We couldn't really enjoy our private patio in peace. But other than that the hotel, staff, food, drinks, etc. were all great.
We were incredibly fortunate to have found and booked Willows Lodge for my daughter’s wedding. They were and are exceptional in every way. We worked with Erin who was a great communicator, responsive even on her vacation!, professional, warm, uber-competent, exceptionally organized, offered invaluable experience and insight into many key elements and in answering questions we had, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. It was a year of planning with questions and answers going back and forth. Our wedding went seamlessly, without a single hitch, was stress-free and all joy. Erin worked beautifully with every vendor, dj, floral, cake…., running a tight ship but with a soft glove, everyone focused on making it a wonderful event for us. She anticipated our every need. We are all so grateful. The venue was BEAUTIFUL. The food was exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented. Willows really shines in the quality of their food. The service, also exceptional. Allie was our lead. Starting with our arrival at 9am, she was checking in constantly asking if there was anything she could do, anything we needed, also conveying how she wanted to make it a perfect day for us. At the end of the evening, the staff, again, were so helpful and kind as we gathered up cake stands, floral…. Every single person on staff at Willows is genuinely warm, professional, helpful and an asset to this extremely well-run organization that has an obvious very strong culture of exceptional service and professionalism and it holds true all the way from the greeters at the lobby front doors to the front desk to the event staff. Everyone we met or interacted with conveyed graciousness and a professional desire to give exceptional service. I so often hear of weddings being stressful or having at least one or two things go wrong. Not so us. Elegant, classy, it could not have been more perfect. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for making my daughter’s wedding better than we could ever have imagined. Nearby activities: Sammamish slough trail right very close plus wine tasting. Food & drinks: Food exceptional.
This place is absolutely gorgeous! The grounds are surrounded in the most beautiful shade gardens and gorgeous settings throughout. Rooms are so well appointed and just as beautiful. The modern amenities inside them are fun! TV in the mirror. Push button shower. Right thru the hedge off the parking lot opens up to several wineries with more to come! Enjoy!
Beautiful spot, very well done and true to the Pacific Northwest. Lovely service and a nice getaway. Went here for a wedding and stayed on the property. Excellent landscaping and gardens on the property and close to many walking and biking trails. Would come back.Rooms: 5/5
Booked a room last minute for a staycation on Easter weekend. Rooms were pricey but that might have been due to the holiday weekend. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay. Our dogs came with us and they had everything from dog beds/treats available for them to room service with an entire puppy menu. For being a dog friendly lodge, the grounds and rooms were extremely clean and the staff was so professional and friendly. I never felt like it was a hindrance for having our two dogs there, they always had extra treats and there were several trails around the property for them to enjoy. We ordered room service for breakfast two days in a row. Food came quick straight from their restaurant across the street and it wasn’t too overpriced. Another plus was the wineries and restaurants within walking distance. Fireside lounge hotel bar had a good vibe and they do live music most days, just wish they had more room because it was jam packed with a 1.5 wait after the music starts. Will definitely stay here again and probably remember to make reservations for the lounge next time, or get there early!
Extremely dishonest billing practice. I booked a 24 hour experience with neighboring restaurant which I was told was all inclusive. I was still billed for the rooms. When I contacted to complain, I heard nothing and had to follow up. Upon following up, I got a revised invoice which was confusing and seemed to bill me for one night, but was the more expensive night which should of been included and I should of only been billed for the first night which was at a lower rate. The first invoice could be considered a mistake, but the second leads me to believe the billing practice is dishonest.
My new wife and I had a fantastic wedding night and following day of pure relaxation. The entire staff in the lodge, spa, and amazing restaurants were incredibly attentive, kind, and they all made the atmosphere and experience unforgettable. We will be back for getaway weekends in the years to come. Food & drinks: The Barking Frog and Fireside Lounge are delicious and the cocktails are truely something to be experienced.
Tucked away in the Woodinville Valley, Willows Lodge is beautiful and relaxing. WiththeHerb Garden restaurant next door and the Barking Frog , excellent food is abundant. With an inviting lobby bar and meeting rooms available this hotel is great to get away or meet up. The Spa has a great reputation and with meandering walking trails it's a gem.
Wonderful hotel with lots to do nearby. I will come back. Small thing is that the road nearby is a little noisy more traffic than I would expect. Therefore room away from the road would be ideal.Rooms: 5/5
