I am an attorney with a part-time business updating and preparing wills and basic estate planning documents for individuals and their families. I am also able to offer additional services with respect to elder finance planning to protect your home and investments. My goal is to serve those who want to make responsible choices and plan for their family’s future, but do not want to pay the high costs associated with legal services.
Why choose me as your estate planning attorney? My business is home based, allowing me to escape the expenses of overhead and offer competitive and lower pricing to my clients. I also offer the luxury of convenience by meeting with you at a place and time that work with your schedule. We can meet for early morning coffee, during a lunch hour, in the evening, or on the weekend in your home, at a coffee shop, or over Skype.
What to expect: I like to begin my working relationships with an initial consultation where the clients and I can discuss their estate planning goals. In order to make the best use of that time, I send the client an intake packet in advance of the initial consultation to gather and organize basic information required to prepare most estate planning documents. The initial consultation is free and requires no commitment. At the end of the consultation, I provide a contract for the anticipated work and explain the attorney-client relationship. If a working relationship is established, then I prepare the agreed upon documents and email drafts to the client for approval. There is one additional meeting to execute the documents. It is as simple as that!
