Hasn't responded since they billed the final invoice.. no updates to the realtors on either side of the deal or to the family of the deceased. Not to mention she was extremely rude over the phone and the clerk of court just updated me that she didnt resubmit the file for us after she forgot the death certificate on first submittal.
Horrible!! I set appointment and paid I thought for a simple quit claim deed. Altman complicated everything and represented the other Party. He made receipt out to her and I paid. His office staff are miserable. Pick another attorney. This guy is trouble. Let the litigation begin!!
I've been utilizing their services for years and I've always found their staff helpful, sweet and attentive to my needs. Services have always been renewed in a timely manner and all questions were answered in a timely manner with a smile. I'll be a customer for life. Thank you for your continued support to my business!
Awful!! Wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Selection of a star was required, not earned They handled a probate case for our family and took their sweet time finishing the case. They would state a deadline and never meet it. They let the case drag on for years. The only time anything got done was when someone called to complain. That would last for about a month and then nothing for months thereafter. The county had to make several requests asking where the paperwork was, which tells you if the county is asking questions, there is a serious problem. It was clear once they got their money, they could have cared less what happened to the case. Closure is essential when dealing with a loss. Their lack of concern throughout the whole process was reprehensible. If you are looking for someone who actually cares about your case, and will treat it with a sense of urgency, this is not the place you want to do business with.
April and the staff here at Altman Law Offices go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied. They even stayed after normal business hours to make sure my trust was completed on time. Professional , knowledgeable, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone in the area for estate planning.
If I could place a zero star rating that is what I would select. I contacted the office in regards to a simple demand letter. I called multiple times after patiently waiting 3 weeks for the demand letter. However, I was given the " run around" and told my letter would be finished by the end of the week, of course that wasn't true. Then the next week I was told it would be finished by the end of the day and I would receive a call back, which by surprised did not happen. Overall, after waiting over a month I decided to cancel representation, for a firm that did not live up to their word. Unprofessional by all means.......
Robert Altman helped my husband and I with our Will. He made the process easy to understand and helped guide us through the sometimes difficult life questions that need to be answered. Mr. Altman handles all of our real estate questions and transactions. He also took care of our relative's living will and executor needs. Great job and very personable. We will continue to go to his office.
The staff at this office are extremely friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question Bob and his team are always willing to help. If you have a child it is never too late to get a will and your assets in place.
Had them handle our late grandfather's estate- what was supposed to have been a month is now going on a year. The paralegal is rude- and acts as thought they don't have time to deal you... They promise you the world to get your money, then once they got it your lucky​ if they work at a speed somewhere between slow and stop... Would not recommend this place to anyone-
