I love my chicken wings. I know my chicken wings. Ill tell you, this place has the crispiest, meatiest, most flavorful wings you will ever have. Not only are the wings perfectly cooked every time I go, but they also have 27 different flavors, with an additional 7 different buffalo sauces! Super friendly staff and cool gift shop that sells rubs and spices. They can make a drywall flavored chicken wing and I bet you'll eat more than one. Pictured here were the Bacon Ranch Rub, Honey Mustard, Sour Cream and Onion, and hot wings. I think the third level? Although their fries pickles.. not recommended.
From our arrival to exit top notch service. The food menu had such a variety of options it was hard to pick. The wings were fantastic as I chose the 4 flavor sampler! Salted caramel was the winner with with PBJ close second. The drink menu also had a wide variety of choices. My girlfriend had the margaritas and was pleased. I had no room for the desert but will be taking some cheese cake home. Shout out to our server Stephanie and manager Neil for making us feel right at home. We will definitely see you soon!
Large parking lot behind the building, cute market that sells meat, and fresh brewed beer. You seat yourself, large seating area, great service, and good food. We got the brussle sprouts for an app. They are sweet, and savory, with a hint of spice and so yummy. The steaktips and burger were amazing.
We came in on a Sunday night at the tail end of what we could tell was a BUSY evening. We were pleasantly greeted by everyone that saw us waiting. The place was packed! We were ushered into another area to wait for open tables. There were others waiting there as well. It didn’t take long before we were seated and had some drinks. My husband and I shared a meal that was served on two separate plates $3 to share with enough for each of us to be satisfied. The food and the service was excellent! Definitely managed well and you feel taken care of the entire time you are there.
Not much to look at from the outside, but inside it is huge and very lively. A combination of a bikers and locals bar ambience, but in a good way. Our server on our first visit was an absolute diamond, and the food was very good. Our only gripe then was they won’t take anything off an item. We wanted their daily special burger but without the mustard and arugula. The server said the kitchen won’t make any changes to specials. I can understand it if it were cooked in ingredients, but not with things that are added during dish assembly. My partner was so disappointed as he really wanted to try that burger. But otherwise, the food was good and the menu interesting. There’s also a small store attached, but we didn’t go in. We did return the following day which was not such a great experience. It took ages before we were acknowledged and seated. Once sat, the server informed is that entrees were taking around an hour to come out, and she was not kidding. Come on, if your kitchen cannot keep up, reduce the menu or have fewer covers - it ain’t rocket science. The baked haddock I had was okay but nothing special - needed way more lemon or better still, zest in the lemon butter as it just tasted greasy. So sorry, Willy’s Ale Room, I’m gonna have to drop you from a 5 to a 4 star due to inconsistent food quality and service.
Great wings! My partner and I are quite critical in our assessment food and we often get wings. Have to say this place has INCREDIBLE homemade flavors. Very impressed. We live a bit of a drive away, but definitely will make an effort to come back.Food: 5/5
Friendly service staff, good menu options and good food. My only issue is the noise level with indoor seating. I understand this appeals to younger people, but I am old and prefer to hear my own conversations! Food: 4/5
We went to Willy's on a Sunday night during the holiday weekend. It was very crowded, but the staff was able to get us seated within 15 minutes of our arrival. That was a pleasant surprise. When we were seated, they informed us that apps were a 20-minute wait and meals were a 60-minute wait. That was very nice of them to tell us. We ordered drinks, apps, and meals right away. Drinks came out in 5 minutes, apps in 20 minutes, and meals in 60 minutes. We got salmon meal, Cobb salad with chicken and tuna burger. All meals were prepared well, portions were large, and food tasted great. The best part of the meal was our service. Our server was friendly and engaging. She helped us with our choices and modified our meals to accommodate our finicky appetites and food allergies. Definitely on our go-to list for restaurants in the lake area. Dietary restrictions: They have a staff member who helped one of our guests with food allergies order her meal
Great service, great atmosphere and FANTASTIC brussel sprouts, among other things. So friendly is this place, it fosters community inside the establishment, through it's customers. Friendly people, friendly staff, friendly everything. We are definitely coming back. So worth it. Hailey was our server and she was the best. It's was girl's day out and she made it a wonderful time. Thank you!
The food is amazing! The atmosphere is too loud they should put curtains or something to absorb the sound and if you call for take out good luck with that! It’s so loud they can’t hear you to place the order other than that it’s all good!Food: 5/5
