Do NOT hire this Attorney. He does Half-Ass work for a high price. He tends to go into a court room un-prepared and will lose more than he wins. He will file court documents that should not be filed without the proof or documents to back it up. He also will not let you know if you are going to lose whatever case he is actively working for you - just to increase the cost of your bill, unlike many other Attorney's that will let you know where you stand. Giving you the option to cost you more in the long run or to try and settle instead. If you, as the client, do not keep up with payments on your bill, Tony will refuse to contact the opposing attorneys or you the client in regards to your on going case. Wont file Judgments or drafts he is suppose to draw up - and when the opposing attorneys actually run into him around the court house. Asking him why no response to the many requests about his client - states he will not do anything for the client if he's not getting paid. This could result in months of no contact with your attorney on your active court case - with the ultimate loss of your case because of it. He is only after your money and does not care about what you are trying to do for your case. Expect a big attorney bill with the expectations of losing any case he is actively working on for you. He also has 7 complaints with the state bar regarding his conduct and activities as a Attorney in Oregon.
