I've had a very pleasant experience with this company a year ago despite the circumstances. It took a few tries to get the right design but everything worked out great. I will be using them a couple more times for family who don't have a headstone as of yet. Thank you so much.

The most unprofessional business we have ever dealt with in Illinois. You can not believe a word SHE says and every thing else is a lie. Six months of waiting for a very simple designed monument and still can not get the design work correct. She constantly points her finger at others in the company as being at fault but in truth it is her own poor business skills. We have FIRED her and demanded a full refund. Don't walk away from this company RUN RUN RUN.
