We had a very good experience here, everyone was very good to us always helpful and patient as we had to plan 2 funerals at the same time. They gave us so much help and guidance when we really needed it! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our loved ones last wishes.
A very unexpected need for their services had me in a tad panic as I knew my heart and soul weren't ready to "do" what needed to be decided and I had heard horror stories of people being made to feel guilty in their selection of caskets and services...not by Brad....but "in general". I never felt pressured, guilty for choices made, and honestly felt very supported as I numbly made my way through a very unfamiliar journey. During a very stressful, painful, and honestly difficult journey...Brad and his team made me feel supported...which, was so very needed at that difficult point in my grief.
Unfortunately I have used Wilson St.Pierre Funeral Services two times in the last tree months. They helped us with our son and than hepled with my wife of 47 years. They showed kindness and care in the times of our needs. The beauty they gave to my wife at the time of service was just outstanding. I couldn't ask for anything more. A beautiful facility, very clean and peaceful, as it should be. All personnel were courteous, friendly and informed. It was a pleasure working with you. Even when I wanted to change urns you were very gracious and you made it easy. I felt my loved one’s ashes were respected and well guarded. Thank you.
