I've lived here for 3 years, the walls are paper thin. Neighbors are extremely loud throughout the whole complex. Maintenance isnt the best, ive been waiting 2 months for them to fix an outlet and when i had mold all they did was splash bleach on it and call it a day, I could've done that. The only reason I'm here is because they are the only place I can find that accepts large dogs. And they jack rent by 100 every year, so have fun paying 1700 for a cardboard apartment.
We put in a ticket on Monday afternoon after dealing with a toilet flushing issue and weird smell from the bathroom the week prior. Got in Wednesday afternoon to check it out and had us a new toilet Thursday morning. Quick and painless, we appreciate it!
My air conditioner needed service. The problem was quickly resolved once I resubmitted my request. I failed to mark my request as urgent. When I corrected that my doorbell was ringing one hour later. The problem was fixed in two hours. Thanks
Very Good area, I had two incredible years, however I would suggest that Management do renovations in all these apartments, the carpets need to be changed, just do the renovations.
Every time we put up a work order, maintenance team always gets it done same day/the next day. No delays! Always! 10/10!
Milenaproperty terrorizer virtually ripped up my lease. Then corporate forced her to honor my lease. Then she price gouged me on so called “utility” chargés. She would not correct her mistake. Then she sends me a letter saying she is not renewing my lease. This place was a complete waste of my time! Milina the property manger seems mentally disturbed and completely jealous of her customers. Jay was very cordial and explained all the fees etc in an articulate manner. Due to the rent costs and fees plus electric heat I'll have to look elsewhere.
Staff is very professional. Beautiful landscape and maintenance is always on time. Would definitely recommend this property in the future
I don't live here, but I just called to inquire about renting here. It sounds great and looks great, but the woman said that they don't have a non-smoking policy for cigarettes. Which is the whole reason I'm trying to move now because my neighbors cigarette smoke comes through my vents into my apartment. She said they don't track it either, so if someone moves out that smokes, then I try to look at the apartment and it smells weird, they wouldn't know if someone smoked in the unit or if it was coming inside from another unit. Might be good for someone else though.
Since my divorce, I have rented at many places. Winchester is the best. I love living here with my pups. The staff are very attentive and the grounds are well maintained. I just wish my rent didn’t increase over $100 each year. This year it increased $159 which is why I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars. It is not sustainable and sadly will have to look elsewhere once I reached my max.
