My mother was there for skilled nursing she fell from bed, staff only told me after brining her to hospital to replace a picc line. They denied to the hospital that she had any injuries from the fall from bed. When I arrived there was a large bruise on the top of her forhead, and she complained her neck hurt. I had to have an ambulance called and brought her back to hospital for full CT Scan. To make sure that she did not have a brain bleed. Very unprofessional, staff, very confused staff, and not reporting her injuries as from the fall itself to emergency room as well as not telling me of the full exstent of her injuries is so unexceptable. Do not bring your love ones here.

Very old place. Don't expect to push call light and get fast help. Only 2 or 3 CNA's take job serious, others there for paycheck only. Dementia patients can and will come into rooms.

Recently had a family friend admitted to the secure care unit. Although the facility is old the staff and care is top notch. The providers are empathetic and listen to family's and nursing concerns to better accommodate in this tough transition. The ADON & DON are very trustworthy and honest. In the future i will bring and family or friends to this place because of the care i have witnessed. Not to mention they are one of the only COVID free buildings i know of.... LIKE 0 cases for residents through out ALL of 2020 & 2021!!!! TOP NOTCH CARE!!

The level of compassion and care at this facility has changed so much over the years and with being under new management! They couldn’t have a better ADON than Mrs. Cheryl herself! The staff is caring and makes sure they are on top of patient care and needs, the facility is clean and the nurses are hands on! Management such as the administrator, DON, and ADON are hands on as well! All together a great facility to have your loved ones in trusted, caring hands!

I would NOT recommend this place at all. My MIL was in there for 6 days and out of the six she was quarantined. We found out that she had her test come back negative and they continued to keep her in quarantine. And I only gave them a 1 because I wanted to write the review. We set there for 30 minutes in her room waiting for a nurse to come in after pushing the call button, no one ever came so we had to walk down the hall to get a nurse. Her lunch had been setting there all day, which she could NOT feed herself, and a bunch of cups setting around. Then they brought in herdinner tray, moving her lunch tray on top of trash bin. We took her immediately. If you love your loved one do NOT put them in this p. And it cost 6??.?? Dollars for her to go in and they will not reimburse us what is owed. This place SUCKS! Really search your options throughly.

First of, it has been a rough month for my mom and she has been through a lot. Long story but I have had the hardest time for her to get accepted into rehab facility. It took a bit of prayer and others covering my mom in prayer. God is so faithful! When we first got there, I was stressed out, I will be honest the building and facility and the smell were troublesome, however, the team there is amazing. Cheryl, the director of nursing was kind to me and understood me and assured me of things. Others like Hannah Smith, Cody and Leslie and Melissa – nursing and CNA staff truly cared for my mom and wanted to know about her and listened to me. They would update me and share with me how her days would go and helped me during my visits and assisted me immediately with any requests I had. I felt peace. And this was huge! I pray that whole team gets raises!

When entering the facility you see how the aids treat the residents with great care so I thought to myself "wow" it even made the pungent odor of mildew bearable but then I talked with the administrator a couple times. It is very clear that this man has no morals or values what so ever. A person that represents a facility should build trust within the facility especially with this being a company that is supposed to care about others. Instead this man lies after he makes assurances. This man should be ashamed of himself. What a poor choice to represent this facility. Trust and honesty should be unwavering when in a position that is supposed to care for people needing assistance. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible avoid at all costs. Grandfather was here 1 week. Bed Sores, no hot food, no showers or cleaning. Made him walk out on his walker and moved his belongings with his wheel chair. Never send anyone you care about to this facility.

This facility is amazing! My dad was on the Rehab unit and I couldn't ask for better care. The staff is always friendly and helpful! They definitely know how to make people feel at ease during the admission process. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

They quit careing for family members and treat the memory unit people like they are trash and don't give them the care that they need and when it comes time to eat they don't feed them right and they call them cry babies when they get emotional and also they don't get them the medical attention they need my grandma just passed away because of this
