There’s a guy they owned trailer here name Byron glass he is scamming people and move you in and don’t tell you that you have to pay the lot fee and the trailer are bad to live in plus you have to be approved by the park before moving, in SCAMMER BE CAREFUL HERE WHEN THE PARK FIND OUT THEY KICK U OUT AND HE WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE

Not a good place. Wouldn't recommend make you pay lot rent and regular rent. Bit don't fix anything
Being a mobile home community, it's not great. Older homes, and lot rent is outrageously priced. It is quiet though.
This trailer park is completely outdated, disgusting and not acceptable for any human being to call one "home." When I was resident years ago, they actually had a playground where the office is and the office was open and someone was always there. It felt much safer and enjoyable then. I'm terrified to drive through now.
This is a rip off if you miss $2 on your rent they charge you $25 plus $10 per day in late fees I accumulated $400 in late fees somehow in a week and they dont read your water meter they guess on your water consumption and over charge you
