We all sometimes go through tough times, and we all deserve forgiveness, and second chance. I left a very dissatisfied post regarding the Duane The Window Doctor only to find out later that he has been going though some issues which he personally discussed with me. After our conversation Duane The Window Doctor has met his business commitments with me, and for my company in a professional manner, and I am doing business with him again!Services: Glass installation
This guy was awesome. Nobody else would take on the project and he said bring it over here I'll get it done
Excellent Service. I called out Window Doctor to replace the glass in a broken sliding glass door for my customer. They came the very same day. They repaired the door at an affordable cost. It looks great, moves freely and smooth. They cleaned up after they were done and left an overall fantastic impression. I will call them again if I ever need this type of service in the future. The entire process was seem less. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Set appointment never showed or called, I called him they set an appointment the next day between 9 and 10 at 11:30 I called them they showed up at 2:30 pm. They put a window in and installed 2 screen doors. Over $350.00 to install 2 screen doors, the doors were put in the wrong direction and 2 days later the back door jammed and would not open. I called them they never returned my call. Not very professional or skilled in the field. I will never use him again a total waist of $650.00 for 1 window and installing 2 screen doors.
So after calling and getting an appointment for the next day No time, just that he would be there I decided to call around 4:30 the day of said appointment and Duane answered. I explained that we’d spoken to him the day before and had an appointment. After a pause and some rustling of papers he proceeded to ask me who and where like he’d never spoken to us before. I politely explained that we had an appointment and that I was checking to see if he was still coming. He then explained he’s going to get a haircut and would be by right after. That too came and went and when I texted him inquiring why “He forgot” and said “would I be home tomorrow?” I said that I’d have someone there and that everything is easy to get to. The correspondence is easy to understand after that. Sadly this guy was referred to me and I gave him three chances to respond and have my business. I’d like to think there are still straight up businesses around Ocala as I personally work for one. This guy definitely changes my thinking from positive to negative. I would not and will not recommend this guy to anyone. He’s obviously made enough money he doesn’t need the work. I’ll be happy to share who I use for the window repair to save anyone else the grief, just message me!
Have called him 3 times and is always getting back with me. Never calls back. Last time said 10 minutes he would call back. Still waiting 1 hour later. Not very professional. Don't want to use someone that s s irresponsible. Owner of house wanted to use him. Sandra George.
Prompt service, repaired 6 windows since they didn't stay open. I requested estimates on replacement windows, still waiting on estimate. That was over 2 weeks ago.
Called at noon to schedule an appointment, I was told he would be at my house in a couple hours as he had another job close by. Five hours later , no call no show. I called him and he had no idea who I was and then hung up on me. I certainly will find someone else to use.
