This is my neighborhood library and always quiet and orderly, clean, cool in Summer and cozy in the winter. Before Covid I would be there sometimes 5 days a week. Happy to have a library where I can find books, magazines and DVD's that I want for free!!
Nice and attentive library staff very clean and quiet except for one man who was using the computer i am not sure if he was a homeless man but very dirty he was carrying a lot of dirty bags...

Small but quite, neat and well organized library. Great selection of books for various cultures and languages. Books are in clean and good condition. Staffs are informative and helpful. Parking outside is easy. Q46 bus stop is also next to the location.
This was the most worst experience at the Queens Library at Windsor park. About 6 minutes after I got my book, my brother found a spider in the book. I wonder where did it come from? It definitely did not come from the car because if it did my brother would of killed it way earlier. I would check your books when your going to check out if you find something unusual, tell the staff working there.
It is a pleasure to walk into the Windsor Park library. In fact, I do it almost everyday. The Librarian and all the staff are so helpful they make accessing the materials and computer so easy - especially for a technology-challenged guy like me. This branch is really an integral part of my day. I even contributed to their new classic film festival that will entertain everybody in the library for months to come.
Very nice experience. Small library, limited hours, but nice friendly staff. Plenty of resources. They run a fine free film program every Wednesday afternoon at 100pm. Highly recommended.
The clerk at the front desk was very patient and helpful getting my card re-registered for online services.
Clean and organized. They have a toy section for little children in the kid's section, in addition to puzzles and games for kids. Highly recommend.
