I was a bit disappointed with my purchase. I bought a bouquet for my wife who just lost her father, and chose a set that came with white gerbera daisies. I chose this bouquet because gerbera daisies are her favorite flowers. Well they did not come with the daisies. I understand that these things can happen but I think I was more disappointed with how it was handled when I called to explain my issue. The lady said they didn’t have any and that was all she could do for me. Afterward I asked if they do refunds or discounts or anything to make some sort of amends. Finally she said when they have more she will get me some. I would of been more happy had they contacted me prior to delivery to offer another choice or a discount of some sort. When I order flowers for the eventual funeral I’ll be sure to order them with a different company. This could of been a simple fix with an apology and maybe free delivery instead they lost a customer.

The service and staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I like to send flowers frequently, and Windsor Florist has my business hands down. I appreciate the friendliness and they gave me a discount on my first visit. They have my loyalty as a customer for life. They even let me help with ok, dictate the arrangement I had in mind, and totally built a wonderful custom order for me. Please check them out the next time you need flowers. they are simply the best.

They Over Charged me and gave me Far less flowers. I would have Gotten from a Street Vendor n couldn't get a cause they 5$ each. This was with them Knowing it was getting them for a Passed Loved1. I will buy flowers from the Street Vendor n Not this Shop Altho the Hispanic lady working there was very nice n polite and that's the Only Reason they get a 1 star Rating.

Clean and easy place to get too. Flowers are gorgeous! I can't see anything wrong with it. The wait was short, the communication was super clear and the store is just so welcoming!
