WINDSTONE has the worst customer service i have ever encountered in my 65 plus years. Yelp reviews 60 1.1 STAR REVIEWS. How does that happen?
This is regarding the Palm Desert Location If you can avoid this place at all costs, do so!!!! The front desk girl is too busy keeping her hair off to one side perfectly that she cannot focus on her job or you as the customer at ALL! Don’t even bother to make an appointment because if you are anything like me: 1.Didn’t actually get booked and you drive all the way for nothing 2.They will call and cancel-leaving you without medicine or booking another appointment 3.Won’t let you make an appointment at all…for one reason or another Once, and if, you can get everything worked out, be ready to wait and wait for them to call you back. They NEVER run on time, but expect you to be there early! Bring a book and a jacket, hell pack a lunch and a pillow.
No complaints on the Torrance location. I like my provider and he is available on Saturdays which is a lifesaver. Never been rushed through an appointment, he spends the entire allotted time with each patient. One time there was a mix-up with my Rx but the staff called my pharmacy to take care of it.
I am an elderly Black woman and my counselor was young and white I think. At any rate, she had no understanding of a person in my shoes. I need a counselor who can perceive my position in life.
I have had great results with Windstone Behavorial Health, Torrance, once HealthCare Partners finally got me there. From being greeted upon arrival by Rafael, med consult with Anil Khurana, N.P., and counseling with George Solovjev, Psy.D., I am very pleased with my treatment. Dr. Solovjev is very patient, compassionate, caring and fully understands and addresses my needs.
I will be leaving as a patient of this practice. They have caused me to have multiple medical emergencies due to the lack of administrative office competence in reguards to prescription medication. This level of practice is unacceptable and a risk to my life.
They consistently mess up medications and the therapists cut you off to talk about their own problems. If insurance gave me ANY other option, I'd take it. Chatting up a hobo would be better than their therapists.
Called to confirm yesterday a different time than originally scheduled and when we called to clarify they said that the doctor had "just decided to stop seeing patients" and weren't even planning to call and cancel, after my husband was waiting for over a month for an appointment. Terrible.
They like to put you on hold and disconnect you.
